Max woke up the next morning. When he opened his eyes he was alone.

Casey got home at around one that afternoon. She immediately called Kenzie.

"Hello?" She said.

"Are you still on your lunch break?" Casey asked.

"Yes."

"Kenzie, I made a huge mistake."

"Casey please tell me you didn't sleep with Drew."

"I didn't." "I slept with Max."

"When?"

"Last night." "Kenzie he gave me the music box as a present."

"Where did he find it?"

"Online."

"Getting them on there is very expensive."

"I know." "I was emotional and it just happened." "I can't believe I did that."

"It's a good thing Casey."

"It's a disaster."

"Was it?"

"What?"

"The sex, was it a disaster?"

"It was amazing." "I still shouldn't have done it."

"Casey, it's ok."

"No it's not." "I swore to myself I would never be like Drew." "I lowered myself to his level." "I slept with a kid."

"You know it's not like that with Max." "You don't see him like that." "You're scared, so you're thinking of any and every excuse not to be with him." "You're in love with him aren't you?"

"No, that's ridiculous."

"Yes you are."

Max and Austin both had autograph signings in Wisconsin. They were in a cafe for lunch.

"Did you give Casey the music box last night?" Austin asked.

"Yeah." "She loved it, she cried."

"Aw."

"Austin, we had sex."

"Why aren't you more happy today then?" "Was it bad?"

"No, it was so great." "I know now that we have, she's gonna push me away." "I want to be with her." "I want everything, her, the boys, all of it."

"Tell her that."

The following night the boys were spending the night with friends. Casey was at home alone. She got a text. It read.

Can I come over? We need to talk. - Max

I'm busy with the boys tonight. - Casey

There was a knock at the door. She got up and answered it. Drew was standing there.

"The boys are spending the night with friends." She said.

"I'm here to see you." "Can I come in?"

"Yeah." He went inside.

"How are you?"

"I have a lot on my mind."

"I know I dropped a bombshell on you." "I'm about to do it again." "I want to show you how serious I am about us." "I know you wanted me to propose when we were together." "I wasn't ready yet." "I'm ready now." He got down on one knee and took a box out of his jeans pocket. He opened the box: "I know this is a shock." "We can be the family we should've been from the start." "We can have more children." "I love you." "Will you marry me?"

Casey was absolutely flabbergasted.
