Chapter 27

"Wow, I wasn't expecting this at all." She wiped her eyes.

"I know." "This is right Casey, we both know it's right."

"Max I truly believe the twins aren't yours."

"Yes they are." "Even if they're not, it doesn't make a difference." "I'll still love them."

"I'm not saying no."

"You need to think about it?"

"Yeah."

"Thar's fine."  He put the ring away.  She went to get up. "Where are you going?"

"Back to my room."

He got on top of her. "Well I'm not done yet." They kissed.

The next day after landing in New York Casey got Drew's toothbrush, put it in a plastic bag and went to a DNA center. Her blood was drawn. Afterwards she went to go see Kenzie. They were sitting in the living room.

"I told Max I'm pregnant yesterday." Casey said.

"What did he say?"

"He thinks they're his." "When I got home today I got Drew's toothbrush and took it down to a DNA center." "They took my blood." "The results will be ready in about a week." "Max is going to so disappointed." "We slept together last night."

"Why am I not surprised?"

"Kenzie he proposed to me after."

"Like spur of the moment?"

"No, he had a ring." "It's so beautiful." "When he proposed to me, my stomach was full of butterflies and heart was racing."

"It didn't feel that way with Drew did it?"

"No." "With him it was like." "Sure, what the hell." "Kenzie I've been waiting for my feelings for Drew to come back but they haven't." "I don't love him anymore." "It's not because of Max either, I just don't love him anymore."

"I know you don't."

"I can't believe I finally said it out loud." "I don't know what to do."

"Regardless of what you do with Max, which I think you should accept his proposal, you love him, it's obvious." "You need to break off your engagement to Drew."

"I don't if I can." "The boys are so happy we're back together." "They'll hate me forever if I break things off."

"No they won't."

"Drew loves me, I don't want to hurt him." "Plus I'm carrying his children, I know it."

"You're not happy Casey." "That's the most important thing."
