Start of War

A/N: As the title says, this starts the war against the Paranormal Liberation Front. This book is nearing its end, there will be 3 more chapters after this one and then the epilogue, the reason it's ending soon is because of two reasons: 1, I plan on having the story end after the first war arc. 2, After this, there won't be any major plot points to continue the book with, so instead of dragging it out and having more stuff happen when it doesn't need to, this war will be the end of the book. Mid March, so about 3 months after the last chapter. 3rd person.

Izuki sits up in bed and yawns, and blinks a few times to get the sleepiness out of her eyes before getting out of bed and gets dressed for her first day of internships, which is simply her UA uniform, and heads downstairs. "Ah, good morning Izuki!" "Morning Iida, is it just us two up right now?" "No, Jackson and Lily are in the kitchen making breakfast" Izuki nods, still a bit tired, and heads into the kitchen to see if the two need her help, thinking back on how she was passed out for nearly half a month after bringing Denki's sister back from the dead. "Morning Jack, morning Lily" "Hey Izuki, Denki up yet?" "Not that I know of" Izuki rests her head on Jack's shoulder, and he kisses the top of her head. "How'd you sleep?" "Well... this was the first night without going into my mindscape with my forms, so it was weird" "I still feel bad about that" "It wasn't in your control Lily, it's fine" "I-I know... but that doesn't mean I can't feel bad about being the reason they faded" "I... guess not" "So, where are you two going for internships?" "Me, Zuki, Toko, Ev, and Denki will be at Xerneas's agency" "Mhm, Aunty invited all of us again" "Cool, I'll see you all when you get back I guess" "Yep. We should make sure everyone in our group is awake Jack, we need to head out soon" "Alright"

After they get to their internship, Izuki POV

We all walk in Aunty's office and she looks up from her laptop, and I immediately see that she hasn't been sleeping well lately. "Hey everyone" She yawns slightly and hides it behind her hand, "Are you okay Aunty?" "Ye... yeah, I'm fine. Just a bit tired" She gestures at the chairs in front of her desk, and we all sit down, "So, I don't know if you've been told, but thanks to an inside man, including the heroes I sent, we know where the Meta Liberation Front is bunkered. We also know where the Nomu's are being made thanks to Kurogiri" "How does that become you not sleeping?" "Things have been... hectic, lately" "Oh" "Mhm... so I'm sorry for not being my best self right now"  "It's fine Aunty" I look over at Jack, a bit surprised, he just called her Aunty. "Hm? Did you just call me Aunty, Palkin?" "Yeah, you not want me to?" "No, it's fine. Anyway, the HPSC is planning a raid on the two locations... and wants the UA hero course classes part of it" "Woah woah woah, hold on. The HPSC want us, students, to be part of probably the start of a war?!" Aunty lightly sighs, "Yes. That is what I'm saying"

Aunty finishes explaining, we head out on patrol, on which not much happens. We then eat and train when we come back, this routine continuing for a little over a week. I'm now standing next to Fumi and Denki, surrounded by other pros and even others from my class. "You alright Zuki?" "I'm fine Denks. What exactly are we here for again?" "Xerneas said that we all are doing evac, but it looks like most of it is done" One of the pros near us pipes in after that, "I guess just wait for people to come out with Garaki and we'll decide from there" "Alright. Thanks" "What are you're names by the way?" "Eevee" "Chargebolt" "Tsukuyomi" He nods, "Nice to meet you all-" He was about to introduce himself when we see the building collapse and two figures appear, as well as all the pros running from something, "What the hell?" "It's Shigaraki... his quirk is way stronger than it was before" The few pros we were stationed with start running away from the decay wave, and I meet up with Jack once the destruction ends. "Jack, is everyone okay?" "No... we lost a few people, and Mirko is hurt badly" "Where is she?" "Ryukyu took her that way, I haven't used my quirk on living things enough to know if I could help" I nod and run over to where Mirko and Ryukyu is.
