Several days after that one particular day, Sun's mind was filled with many questions, but one of those things she couldn't understand the most was the fact she thought about her, the clumsy girl from her past who resurfaced just like that, Ongsa. Strange.

"Should we get inside the car, or stay here?"

Sun shook her head. She glanced at the figure beside her.

"Uh. I'm sorry, Mint. I was distracted."
"Are you okay, my baby?" He caressed her cheek. "You seemed a bit off lately. Are you tired? Do you need some choco-mint ice cream to freshen up? Or do you want to go shop to—"
"No. Can you just please drive me home?"
"Of course. But are you sure you're fine?"
"Yeah."
"Do you want me to accompany you?"
"I think I need to hibernate myself after all."
"Sure. Let's get you that."

THUGGGG!

Mint turned her body as he felt a medium-paced basketball throw landed on his back somehow. He smiled at someone who was half running towards him, intending to take the ball back. The girl's face was calm like water, but her eyes were as deep as the ocean.

"I'm sorry."
"No worries." Mint handed the ball. "There you go."
"Thanks, man."

Sun stared stiffly at the figure, but her mouth acted the otherwise.

"Ongsa?"

The girl turned her back.

"Do you know my name?" Her stare was even coldest. Sun had such a hard time to understand. Why it had to be that cold? What did she do to her to deserve it all? But on the other side, she couldn't translate how it felt so attractive, everything in her.
"Of course. You went to S-TAR, right? P'Alpha's sister?"
"Yeah." She smiled lightly. "Sure."
"Do you know me?" Sun asked softly, with her round boba eyes.
"Who didn't know you back then in S-TAR?"

Sun felt something weird inside her. Ongsa threw her another faint smile while playing the ball in her hand. "Bye, Sun."

Mint reached for her arm, waking Sun from her short reverie.

"Do you know Ongsa, baby?"
"Uh huh." She nodded. "Wait. You know her?"
"She went to S-TAR?"
"Yeah. But she moved somewhere on 11th grade."
"She moved to the states." Mint smiled. "She just recently moved from University of San Francisco, and joined the basketball team. Storm has his eyes set on her since the day one."

Storm. Mint's close friend since tenth grade, was an engineering student, specifically majoring in Civil Engineering. With his striking face and excellent ability to play basketball and drums, Storm was one of the dream men on campus with high popularity.

"Oh. Good luck to him, then."
"It seems that Ongsa doesn't talk much?"
"I have no idea, actually."

Sun stared at the tall girl who was busy with her ball on the field.

"We have never talked. At all."

Sun had just finished her class that afternoon and was walking alone towards the main campus library. She decided to spend some time, to be able to read in peace in the library's cubicle. In fact, she was supposed to go there with Deer, but the girl canceled it when she received an invitation to watch a cinema with a senior in her faculty. Sun relented. Maybe that's the best destiny after all.
