A few months later
Bear helps me pack the rest of our bags into the car. We had most of our furniture and other necessities shipped already to the cute apartment we found. I can't believe the day is finally here! We're moving to Norway! Bear and I couldn't be happier. Mom and Lil are meeting us at the airport to say their goodbyes. I'm going to miss them so much.
"You ready to go, are you sure you're not forgetting anything," he says after kissing my forehead.
"I'll do one last sweep of the apartment, but I think we have everything."
"Alright, princess. I'll get the car started."
I go back up to the apartment and do a final look through, taking my time in each room, saying goodbye. I don't see anything left behind, so I go back down towards the car.
"We got everything!"
I see Bear holding the passenger side door open for me. I walk over and see a blanket and pillow in my seat and Mr. Racoon. I look over to him and he has a big grin on his face.
"I just wanted you to be comfortable, love. It's a bit of a drive to the airport."
I stand on my tiptoes to give him a kiss on the cheek.
"Thank you."
I get in the car and make myself comfy. Bear gets in on the driver's side and we start our journey to the airport.

We meet Mom and Lil at the gate. We give each other tearful hugs goodbye. I promise both of them that I'll call as soon as we land, and as soon as we get to the apartment. As soon as we turn to head towards the plane, Mom already uses her bond-touch bracelet. I giggle before giving it a tap back, turning around, and waving to her.
Bear helps me get comfortable on the plane. I've never flown before so this is truly a whole new experience for me. Bear holds my hand the entire time before I calm down enough to fall asleep.

After some long phone calls to Mom and Lil, Bear and I get settled at our new apartment. It looks gorgeous and I can't wait to decorate it and make it our own. We decide to just unpack the things we'll need for tonight and leave the rest for tomorrow. We put sheets on the bed and get the TV set up to watch a movie.
"I'm so happy you said yes to coming with me," Bear says, looking at me adoringly.
"I'd go anywhere with you. You know that."
He chuckles, "I do. I'm just excited. You get to meet my parents and I get to show you where I grew up. It just makes me so happy."
I jump into bed and practically attack him with kisses. He holds me tightly to him and kisses my nose.
"I'm happy I get to know more about you and actually experience things the way you did."
"I wouldn't want to share it with anybody else, my love."

I am so sorry this is such a short chapter! It has taken me months to write this. It's just so hard to end this story. I will post an epilogue chapter at a later date, but this is the end of Bear and Yrsa's story for now. Thank you for all the support I've received on this story. I will be forever grateful! ❤️
