heyyy... Author here! this isnt a story, just popping in to say hello and give some fharacter analysis about my favorite character: Venti. (this is NOT everythint that I HAVE wrote about him LMFAO) just smth for his bday <3

anywho, it rlly has been a while since ive written anything, hasnt it? over a month omg. i promise im cooking some stuff up - it will be out near july! until then just sit still and wait LOL

okay, here is the psychoanalysis!

cecelias are canoncially his actual favorite flowers, and he says its because he thinks its the most beautiful flower in the world, quote: "Traveler, have you ever seen a cecilia? It's a magnificent white wildflower that only grows on the most remote mountains and clifftops. To me, at least, it is the most beautiful flower in all of Teyvat. "

I think this is because the nameless bard carried a cecelia on his cape, near his heart, and venti always thought that the nameless bard was such a good person and overall a father figure to himself, a genderless wind spirit with no home or someone to call his father/mother/parental figure!!!

I ALSO LOVE THE DETAIL OF THE CRYDTAL FLY BECAUSE PEOPEL ON TEYVAT SAY THAT THE FLAPPING OF THE ANEMO CRYSTAL FLIES WINGS CAN BREW UP A STORM, and ventis burst is literally a storm (well, a vortex) and he also aided in freeing his people FROM A STORM TWICE IN HIS LIFE!! the first one was when the rebellion of Amos, Redhaired warrior, nameless bard and gunnhildr ancestor (+ more ppl we dont know) when the tyrant, decarabian rules over mondstadt. (he had good intentions, but not a good execution) and the second was just the mondstadt quest when we had to save mondstadt from Dvalin’s storms

I also love the fact that it is canon that he's cooked for the traveler multiple times, in his traveler's birthday voiceline and now in his birthday art caption, its a really sweet gesture that, instead of having us bring a cake or apple pie for him, he cooks the traveler and himself breakfast instead. hes like a caring parent and i will never get over it - hes quite skilled at A LOT of different talents, mainly singing, composing and poetry because those are his main things, and what his job is for :3
