Esme was the first to wake. She looked around, confused and dazed. Reaching behind her, she felt the crust of blood in her hair and pushed herself up with a grimace.

She looked around, just in time to see Zyran's head turn, his features scrunched. Then he pushed himself to sit up.

"That felt like a very long nightmare." He murmured.

"What happened?" Eric asked, pushing himself up.

"You all are alright." Esme stated. They looked toward her and nodded.

"Wait, Zyran, I remember our parents." Eric spoke, looking at his brother with confusion in his eyes.

"So do I."

"Then who's the woman we were living with?"

"It could've been one of Octavia's soldiers, watching you and keeping you from figuring out that she took your memories." She explained.

Nara surged forward, wide-eyed. "Holy shit, I'm royalty!"

Zyran quirked a brow at her before turning behind him at the sound of a groan. Lina woke from her spot against the wall. Esme stared confused as to how she got there. She should've been across from Aurora.

Nara jumped up, gasping. "I have to tell my mom. And my sister."

"Sisters." Esme corrected, standing. "Amara and Ellianna."

"Oh. My. God." Nara's jaw dropped.

Eric stood up as well as the others. "God, Octavia was a spoiled bitch." Eric grimaced, then held his head against the sharp pain.

"She was obsessive." Lina corrected with a glare.

"And Aurora was her target." Zyran sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"How long were we out?" Nara asked.

"I don't know." Esme whispered. "It was around three when we left." She said as she moved toward the entrance and looked up. The sun had moved, but not by much. "If I've to guess an hour. Maybe two."

"Wait, guys, what about Aurora?" Nara asked.

"What about her?" Lina asked, stretching her neck.

"Look!" She gestured on the floor to where Aurora remained still.

She never woke up.
