Chapter 27

When Taehyung, Jungkook and V came to Shelley's mansion, there was no one else except the few guards who were guarding the mansion.

"Boss went to hunt down the failures." That's what they heard from the guards.

"Since our little sis is with them, it would be better if we go and give support, right?" Taehyung immediately agreed to V's idea.

"But how do we find out where they are?"

"If we search the places where those killed people were found, we can find them." Jungkook suggested.

"You check it then, baby. Use Yoongi's lap." Taehyung told Jungkook and Jungkook stood up to go to Shelly's office.

"They said Shelly's mate was a hunter, right?" V asked, Taehyung hummed a yes.

"Sandy said they could get help from her dad. So to catch creatures like us, a hunter will definitely use..."

"An isolated area!" Both Taehyung and V said at the same time, causing a smile to adore their faces.

"I first met Yoongi when Sandy came to trap Shelly. They use a device that emits a sound that can attract creatures like us." V nodded as Taehyung said.

"We can follow that sound and find them."

At the same time, Jungkook came there with a white paper.

"Hyung, this was on Yoongi Hyung's table. Maybe we can find something from this." As Jungkook handed it to Taehyung and sat next to him, V also peered at it.

"These are the places where the failures killed humans." Taehyung uttered as V reached out to the green circle in the middle of the places marked in red.

"Yeah, those places are shown in red. This is a forest circled in green." V is someone who has lived in that city since he was a child, so he had better knowledge about that area than Taehyung and Jungkook.

"Does that mean they are there?" V hummed replying to Jungkook.

"Let's go then.. If we go now, we will be able to help them. Do you know the way, bro?" Taehyung asked as he got up from the sofa and V nodded, standing up along with him.

So once again, V, Taehyung and Jungkook left to find their little pack on V's bike. Because it takes a lot of energy to teleport, and because he used that power twice that day, V decided to go on the bike in order to save his energy. As V, familiar with the road and the bike, started riding towards the destination at top speed, Jungkook grabbed on to him behind and Taehyung put one of his arms around his own thighs and placed the other arm on V's hip, holding Jungkook securely between them.

"Do you hear that sound too?" Taehyung asked as he heard the hypersensitive sound that cannot be heard by the human ear.

"Yeah, I can hear it too." Jungkook agreed.
