Chapter 16

(Hey friends. I forgot Wattpad existed until I got a notification of one comment. I haven't written anything in a very long time. <3 kojot)

'A night with Legoshi.. what a dream..'

You thought as you lay awake, while the large wolf beside you snored faintly. 

There was nothing that could tear you away from this moment...

'Ripley.'

You shot up from your position and reached for your phone, which was very inconveniently buried in your pile of clothes. Digging it out, you fumble with the device in your hands. 

One message.

Ripley: where are you??

It's 7:00 AM.

Without responding to the message, you shake the sleeping Legoshi beside you in an attempt to wake him. He remains sound asleep, a wonder to you. 

'He sleeps like the dead...'

Your eyes return to your phone as you begin to message Ripley back. Within seconds of the screen being on, your phone battery dies before the text is finished.

"Oh, for fuck's sake."

You say aloud. 

You quickly get dressed, and begin to walk towards the stairwell door. Looking back at the sleeping Legoshi, you sigh.

'Sorry, pups..'

You felt terrible to have left Legoshi alone in the garden club roof top... but Ripley is not as forgiving as Legoshi, and you knew he would be pissed if you didn't get back to the apartment and let him know you're still alive. He would kill you if you died! 

'He would bring me back, and he would kill me again.'

You thought to yourself. 

Walking down the street, you make your way back to Ripley's apartment. After entering the building, you creep quietly down the halls as to not wake any neighbors. 

Hesitantly, you reach to open the door. Before your hand even touches the door knob, the door abruptly swings open.

"Y/N!"

Ripley yells, grabbing you by your hoodie and pulling you into his apartment. Closing the door behind him, he turns to face you with furrowed brows.

"Where the hell did you go?!"

You stare at him with wide eyes, shocked at the volume in his voice. Before you could sputter out an explanation to where you went, Ripley bombards you with a series of questions.

"When did you leave?! Why did you leave?! Why didn't you leave a note?! Did you even see my text?!"

You put your hands up before moving a finger to your mouth.

"Dude, shh! Your neighbors!"

You loudly whisper.

Ripley's face fills with warmth as he realized how loud he was speaking.

"I was worried!"

He loudly whispers back.

You explain that you had left earlier to meet up with Legoshi and ended up falling asleep, leaving out the details of your intimate night. Ripley raised an eyebrow.

"So you stayed.. with a boy... all night?"

You blush and slap him.

"Do NOT say it like that."

After having a long conversation about boundaries with Ripley, you remember you had lowkey abandoned Legoshi on the rooftop.

'Oh, I better let him know I went home.. poor guy.'

You pull out your phone and send Legoshi a brief message.

Y/N: hey, I had to go back to the apartment. My friend was worried... sorry for leaving you! See you soon? :)

You knew that he replies almost immediately after receiving a text. But there was no reply.

'Maybe he's still asleep?'

(Okay, I know it has been 100 years. But I am back! This chapter is very short, as I have to re-watch season 2 to begin writing more. I want the next parts to follow the season 2 storyline, so I think I might stray from our Ripley arc here soon.. Also, I have gone back and edited some of the chapters, as I noticed some of my mistakes. I probably missed some. No worries. See you all in the next chapter!)
