Warning!!!
Selfharm„My friends... this is a historic Unity Day. Every year we mark the month our ancestors of the 12 stations joined to form the Ark but this is the last time we do so while aboard her. Next year... on the ground." I'm really not in the mood to celebrate Unity Day at the moment. Jasper comes rushing in with alcohol and pours it into the group's cups and glasses.
Everyone has been celebrating all day and it's already dark, but my mood isn't here. My head is full of negative thoughts. I thought it was better since I came to the Ground, and it was, because I didn't have time to think about my problems, but here they are again, eating away at me.
I get up and retreat to my tent. This collected voice just won't stop. Again and again I see my mother in front of me and the time in the prison, which was pure hell. It's been a while since I unpacked my blade. To be honest, I haven't hurt myself since we've been down here, but now I can't help it. I carefully pull up my sleeve and place the blade against my skin before making a long cut.
I take a cloth and hold it over the wound until it stops bleeding so much and then bandage it with another cloth. I put the sleeve back over it. I miss my father and my grandmother. My heart contracts and I start to cry. With the help of calm breathing, I come back down and rub the tears away from my eyes before going outside and into Raven and Finn's tent.
Raven is busy making ammunition. I sit on the table and she gives me a smile. "Hey, are you okay?" I nod and smile. Watching her somehow calms me down and she knows it. I've always loved watching her work.
Bellamy suddenly comes into her tent and he stops short when he sees me. We still haven't spoken much since our kiss and I don't think he intends to. He reaches for ammunition, but Raven stops him. "If you're planning on shooting, think twice. I haven't checked them." "Then give me some bullets that work." "What do you need them for?" "Your boyfriend is being an idiot." After Raven hears that, she hands him some. "Im coming with you." "Fine." He runs out and I jump off the table to run after them.

We follow the trail Clarke has laid for us and hide in the bushes. In front of us is a large bridge on which Finn, Clarke and Octavia are standing. "What's Octavia doing here?" I look at Jasper and then up at Octavia, who hugs the Grounder we've kidnapped. "I guess we know how he got away." Raven smiles.
Clarke takes a step back, whereupon Finn grabs her hand and they look at each other. My gaze immediately turns to Raven, who has of course seen it too. As soon as we hear hooves clattering, we point our gun at the entrance to the forest on the other side. "Wait look." Raven points to the Grounders coming in on horseback.
Clarke runs up to the Grounders and holds out his hand to her, but she refuses. They're talking about something we can't hear from down here. "Grounder Princess looks pissed." I look at Raven. "Our princess has that effect." Bellamy's voice distracts me and I think about our kiss again, which I quickly suppress.
"Oh no. No, this is bad." "What the hell are you talking about." We all look at Jasper who sees something. "There's grounders in the trees." "What?" "Where?" We all look for them but find nothing. "Are you sure?" Jasper nods and looks at me. "I dont see anything."
"They're gonna shoot. Clarke, run! Run!" Jasper runs out of hiding and shoots like a madman into the trees on the other side. We try to hit all the Grounders while the others run away. After they have left, we also run back to camp.

Back at camp we are all exhausted and breathless. "I told you, no guns!" Finn seems angry with Clarke for trolling us. "I told you we couldn't trust the Grounders. I was right." Raven also joins in the argument. "Why didnt you tell me what you were up to?" "I tried, but you were to busy making ammunition for you gun!" "Youre lucky she brought that! They came there to kill you!" Finn looks at Bellamy. "You dont know that! Jasper fired the first shot." "You runied everything." Now Octavia and Jasper start arguing. "I saved you!"
"Well, if we weren't at war already, we sure as hell are now! You didn't have to trust the Grounders. You just had to trust me." After all but Clarke, me and Bellamy have left, there's a loud explosion. All three of us look up into the sky. "The Exodus ship? Your mum's early." Clarke smiles, but it quickly fades. "Wait. Too fast. No parachute. Somethings wrong." I look in the direction of the ship and see it slam into the ground at full speed. A huge explosion occurs.
"No!" My heart stops and everything inside me tightens. My father is on this ship. "No! No! No!" Clarke puts her hand over her mouth and falls to her knees. My eyes fill with tears and I don't know what to do as two strong arms press me against his body. Bellamy hugs me and squeezes me tighter than anyone has ever done before. I start to cry and sob as he gently strokes my back.
