*Allison's POV*

I let out a deep, breathy sigh as I settle into my seat, which is right beside Daniel's. Everything will be okay, I tell myself. I repeat this mantra in my head until I feel Daniel's arms, encasing me in his warmth.

I snuggle into his chest, closing my eyes. When I fall asleep, I'm haunted by green eyes, curly hair, and dimples.

"Allison," Harry calls me. "Babe, can you come here a sec?"

I wipe my hands on a dish rag and make my way to the living room where he's sprawled out on the couch, laptop on his lap.

He kisses me heartily as I curl up beside him. I tuck my feel beside me.

"What do you think about this one?" He points to the screen.

"Harry, I told you. I don't care where we live as long as we're happy and I'm with you." He smiles, that bright dazzling smile before pressing a soft kiss to my forehead.

"I know, I know." He says, sighing. "But this is our first house together. I want it to be memorable, special. I want you to like it."

"Well, I'm happy you're putting this much thought into it, honey. I'm sure we'll find the right house." I assure him. He smirks, closing the laptop and setting it beside him.

"And you know what the first order of business will be once we get there?" He whispers, his tone husky, eyes with a seductive, predatory look in them. I laugh.

"What's that?" He slips both of his arms around my waist and pulls me close. A soft shiver runs down my spine as he leans in, full pink lips at my ear.

"It'll have some serious breaking in to be done." He nips at my earlobe. I squeal.

"Harry!" I exclaim. He laughs and I find myself smiling broadly. "I've still got dishes to do, you know."

"Mmhmm. They can wait." He places a soft kiss at the skin underneath my ear. I place both of my hands at his chest.

"Well, you're in a very playful mood tonight." His eyes meet mine.

"Let's go out tonight. Anywhere you want." I smile.

"Actually..." I slip my arms around his neck and pull him closer. "I was thinking we could stay in tonight. If that's alright with you, babe."

He smiles and kisses me. "I couldn't have thought of anything better." He whispers between kisses.

I wake to someone slightly jostling my shoulder. I slowly blink my eyes and look to my right, still a bit disoriented from my dream. I don't know how long I've been asleep, but the previously dark sky has now been replaced by a bright, cloudless blue one.

"Allison, we're gonna be landing soon." Daniel regards me shrewdly. I blink and then nod before settling back in my seat. I wonder about the expression on Daniel's face when I woke up.

"How long was I asleep for?" I ask groggily. Daniel doesn't look at me as he responds with, "About five, six hours."

There's nothing but tense silence for a few moments. It's so quiet, the quiet becomes deafeningly loud. After about three minutes, I can't take it anymore.

"Okay, what's going on?" I ask. "Why are you acting so distant?" The corners of his lips turn up into a humorless smile. Something's seriously going on. "Did something happen while I was sleeping?"

He's quiet for a few more moments before he turns to me, the look in his eyes making my heart clench. I swallow.

And then he speaks the last words that I ever would have expected him to say.
