The bell rang, signaling the end of Mrs. Verosika's class. Alastor gathered his things quickly, his mind set on heading straight to the hospital to visit Lucifer. As he made his way to the door, he felt a hand grab his arm. He turned to see Angel, his expression serious.

"Alastor, wait," Angel said, his grip firm. "You really should hang out at the dorm with us. Spending all your time at the hospital isn't doing you any good. You need to take care of yourself too."

Alastor frowned, trying to pull his arm free. "I need to see Lucifer. He needs me."

Angel tightened his grip, his eyes earnest but filled with a grim determination. "What if... What if he doesn't wake up, Alastor? You're spending all this time waiting for something that might not even come."

Alastor snatched his arm away, his eyes wide with shock and anger. "How can you say that? He's going to wake up. I know he will."

Angel's face softened with regret. "I'm sorry, Al. I just... I don't want to see you fall apart. Please, just stay with us for a bit."

Alastor took a deep breath, his heart pounding. He could feel the weight of Angel's concern and the truth in his words, even if he didn't want to admit it. He nodded slowly, though his eyes remained filled with pain. "Fine. But don't expect me to want to do anything. I just... need some time."

Angel gave him a small, supportive smile. "That's all I'm asking. We'll be here for you."

As they left the classroom together, Alastor couldn't shake the heavy feeling in his chest. He knew Angel was trying to help, but the thought of not being by Lucifer's side tore at him. Despite agreeing to stay with his friends, his thoughts remained with Lucifer, hoping and praying for a miracle.

In the cozy living room of Michael's house, Charlie sat on the floor surrounded by a colorful assortment of toys. Her favorite stuffed animal, a plush dragon named Drago, was nestled in her lap. Michael sat on the couch nearby, his eyes softened with affection as he watched his niece play.

"Uncle Michael," Charlie called out, holding up Drago. "Look! Drago wants to go on an adventure!"

Michael smiled, setting aside the paperwork he had been pretending to focus on. "Oh, does he now? And where does Drago want to go?"

Charlie's eyes lit up with excitement. "He wants to fly to the moon and meet the moon dragons!"

Michael chuckled, scooting off the couch to join her on the floor. "The moon dragons, huh? Well, we better pack him some moon snacks. What do moon dragons like to eat?"

Charlie thought for a moment, her face scrunched up in concentration. "They like... moon cheese! And star fruit!"

"Moon cheese and star fruit, coming right up," Michael said, reaching for a couple of toy blocks. "Here, these can be the moon cheese, and these can be the star fruit."

Charlie giggled, taking the blocks and arranging them around Drago. "Perfect! Now he's ready."

As they continued their play, Michael found himself relaxing, the weight of the past few days lifting slightly. Charlie's laughter was infectious, and he was grateful for these small moments of joy amidst the chaos.

"Uncle Michael," Charlie said after a while, her voice growing more serious. "Do you think Daddy will be okay?"

Michael's heart ached at the question, but he kept his smile gentle. "Your daddy is very strong, Charlie. He's going to be just fine."
