The next day, the task force got intel that a yacht registered to Napoleon Martin near San Clemente Island and the task force was debating if they should wait for the shipment to bust Martin or make the arrest now.  

Callen said, "Should we even do this plus he's probably on the ship coming in to transport the weapons and the drug and not on his yacht," Sam said, "Shouldn't we wait until the deal is done?" Jane said, "Do we have proof that he's on the yacht?" Kate said, "I think we should take that risk there or not there. Plus he's not going to just take the cargo ship and turn around," Jane said, "True," Kate said, "Citrus wants to raid the yacht right now," 

Admiral Kilbride came to the office and said, "I don't give a fuck what Citrus wants. We make the raids when the deal is done both at the port and the yacht," Tori said, "What about stopping them mid-way in their ground transport?" Kilbride said, "Too risky with civilians especially on the Pacific Coast Highway. At least there's a limited number of civilians at risk in the port compared to stopping them at the highway. We have it contained," 

Tori said, "What about the California Golden Taxi Service? Most of them that transport the weapons and drugs will leave when they get to the port?" Kilbride said, "The main concern is getting those weapons and drugs off the street Captain, Trust me I want the taxi service to be shut down as well and they will be shut down," Kate said, "Plus some of them will more than likely will provide security," Jane said, "So are we waiting for them to agree to the deal then we move in?" Kate said, "Correct," Tori said, "I think it's risky letting most of the officers get away scot-free," Kilbride said, "Yes, it's a risk however I didn't become an Admiral by being timid. You got to take risks and I read your file, Captain. You're not afraid to take risks either,"  

Callen said, "Also, the guy is actually named Napoleon?" Kate said, "Yes, Napoleon Martin pronounced Mart-ton was after the French leader by his dad Pierre who also was a weapon smuggler and he was born in Vietnam in 1975 but was raised in France," Sam said, "Like father, like son," Kilbride said, "If things go right, this will be Napoleon's Waterloo," Kate said, "Really?" Kilbride said, "I stand by what I said Agent Whistler and I stand by my plans, Any questions?"

No one had any and Kilbride said, "Good," and walked away. Tori said, "He's.....," Callen said, "Yeah, he can be," Sam said, "I think he likes you," Tori said, "Really?" Callen said, "Yeah, he likes people with a backbone,"    

Later on, Tori is doing paperwork in her office when Kate walked in.  Kate said, "So how's things?" Tori said, "I'm doing OK, what can I help you with?" Kate said, "I was wondering what was going on with your personal life," Tori said, "Really? Shouldn't we just talk about work stuff," Kate said, "Can you at least say what are you going to do?" Tori said, "I'll just say I think I got it planned," Kate said, "Good to know," 

Tori received a call and said, "This is Vega," the Voice said, "Hi Captain, this is Julie Gayle from Gayle Publishing and Jade gave me your number and figured to give you a call and wondering if you were like to meet with me sometime today during lunchtime," 

Kate said, "Who is that?" Tori said, "Julie Gayle," Kate said, "Of Gayle Publishing?" Tori said, "Yes and she wants to meet me during lunch," Kate said, "Go it's about to be lunchtime soon," Tori said, "See you soon," and Julie said, "See you soon as well," and Tori hang up the phone and left the office. 

Tori got to Gayle Publishing office and met Julie who said, "Captain Victoria Vega, it's nice to finally met you," Tori said, "It's Tori actually," Julie said, "Had a hard time finding the place?" Tori said, "Not really, I signed the contract some time ago and you weren't here," Julie said, "Yeah, I was on vacation at the time," Tori said, "Where did you go?" Julie said, "Hawaii," Tori said, "How was it?" Julie said, "It was nice, you should go," Tori said, "Someday I will, you wanted to talk to me?"
