The past few days, you and Muzan were on the low, only leaving the house to eat as you both recovered and regained your strength back.

Scars littered his body as they slowly healed themselves internally from Yoriichi's breathing technique.

One day, you were both at home sitting and chatting on your futon.

Then, suddenly Muzan stopped talking.

"People are nearby." Muzan muttered.

"What?" You asked.

You hadn't sensed anybody was near. Muzan's abilities were phenomenal.

He sat up surveying the house as he felt the presence of humans nearing closer to your home.

Then, suddenly, Hashira you had come to befriend flew through all your windows, weapons in hand as they prepared to take both of you down.

Glass shattered in all directions as they busted in in sync.

Muzan was quick to act and so were you.

But, you needed to get Muzan somewhere safe. He wasn't fit to fight yet against several highly skilled Hashira.

"Muzan!" You screamed as he took on the Hashira in front of him.

"Muzan! Follow me!" You said as you grabbed his hand and left the house.

"Venus Deathtrap."

The eight foot tall giant flytraps started rapidly sprouting from the ground as they began to engage in combat with the Hashira, wrapping its vines around their limbs and attempting to consume them.

The Hashira struggled with the flytraps sprouting all over the battlefield, intended to distract them from you rushing Muzan to safety.

"You're not going to be able to take them all on your own." Muzan said as you ran at lightening speed, hand in hand.

Once you were out of sight, you enabled your psilocybin effect to disorient the Hashira as they were after you.

In the distance, there was an oriental wooden door standing alone in the grass as you walked Muzan to it.

"What is that? Your Blood Demon Art?" Muzan asked as you opened the door, revealing it to enter a large, beautiful greenhouse with two garden chairs and a table surrounded by exotic medicinal plants.

"Well," Muzan entered the space that you had created.

"I can't say this isn't impressive." He said as you closed the door behind you.

"I haven't opened this realm up before. I thought I'd put it to use." You said.

Muzan walked around the vast space, breathing in the humid air.

He turned around and said "You'll be okay out there?"

You smiled softly and nodded your head. "I will. I promise. Don't worry."

You got on your tippy toes and laid a kiss on Muzan's lips, he gladly returned the favor, wrapping his arms around your waist as you pulled away, his arms reluctantly letting go of you as you opened the door.

"Sit back and relax. I'll take care of it." You said as you closed the door behind you, then the entrance disappearing as you ran towards the Hashira now surrounding you.

Your words echoed in Muzan's head. "Sit back and relax." That's something you've always said to him.

"L/n Y/n!" The sun breathing user exclaimed as he pointed his nichirin blade at you.

You summoned a scythe that sprouted out of the ground, vines wrapped around it before you took it out of their grasp.

"Bring Kibutsuji out and we won't behead you!" He exclaimed, being the spokesperson for the Hashira at the moment.

"No. I'd rather put up a fight." You said before you charged at them.

It was a challenging war against one person, and you held up well for fighting alone. The psilocybin was hindering a lot of demon slayers, some managed to fight through it due to being immune from intensive training.

The strongest Hashira and Demon Slayers could predict your attacks and Blood Demon Art due to Yoriichi telling them in detail about how your abilities worked, making it challenging to land fatal blows.

You had killed a lot of ranking demon slayers with your scythe and flytraps, but you had yet to kill a Hashira.

Finding you were momentarily at a disadvantage against the sun breather, you ran off to safety.

You were leaning against a tree, your regeneration time slowing down due to exhaustion from using your Blood Demon Art but you had yet to use your most powerful techniques.

"If I had continued eating humans that time with Yoriichi, this would've been easier..." You thought to yourself.

Your yukata was torn and splatters of blood mixed with your own were visible on your clothes and skin.

You wondered if you could do this alone, or if you needed Muzan's help despite his condition.

You whipped your head around when you saw that sun breather Yoriichi had personally trained flying at you, his nichirin angled at your neck perfectly.

Your eyes widened as you thought in that moment you'd die. He came at you in a flash, his red eyes flaming with fury and determination.

Then, blood splattered your face as his head rolled to your feet. Your mouth was agape as you tried to understand what happened, looking down at the swordsman's head at your feet.

You certainly didn't do that.

You looked up to see what appeared to be Michikatsu in his swordsman glory, his fiery hair blowing from the breeze as he held his sword in his hand.

You felt like you could cry tears of joy as you watched his impressive display of his mastered swordsmanship.

"Michi!" You exclaimed.

He sheathed his katana, his hair flowing in a direction that shielded his face, hiding the stoicism in his face.

Then he straightened up and looked straight at you.

With six eyes.

The smile on your face disappeared as you tried to make sense of his new facial features.

"What..." Your voice trailed off.

"Where's Muzan-sama? Is he safe?" Michikatsu asked.

"Muzan?" You had a million questions, unsure of which to ask first.

"Yes... he's fine. I have him in a safe place." You said in a small voice as you bent down to retrieve your scythe coated in blood.

"Michi—" You were cut off when Michikatsu said "That's not my name anymore."

"What? Then what is it?" You said in bewilderment.

"Kokushibo."
