"HOWEVER..."

Having figured things out, Kobayashi Aotori leaned back in his chair, looking at Coach Nekomata across from him with a smile and said slowly:

"With me studying you like this, do you feel any pressure or annoyance?"

Coach Nekomata paused slightly. The next moment, he laughed heartily and said nonchalantly, "How could that be? Someone like you is willing to give up training time to study our players. It shows how much you value us. No team would be unhappy to be taken so seriously by an opponent~"

"Besides, I've heard that you've been sacrificing your evening time these past two days to help our players with extra training. I heard you even taught Lev your positioning techniques last night?"

"With you helping our players and engaging in technical exchanges with them, I couldn't be happier," Coach Nekomata said frankly.

"I see..." Kobayashi Aotori nodded slightly and then seriously said:

"Then I'm relieved."

What...?

Coach Nekomata was slightly taken aback, and then he saw Kobayashi Aotori, having received his permission, take out a backpack from who knows where. Under Coach Nekomata's stunned gaze, he slowly took out a tablet from the backpack—

And began systematically organizing the information and key points he had observed.

After inadvertently glimpsing the content on Kobayashi Aotori's tablet, cold sweat dripped from Coach Nekomata's forehead.

This kid... this kid's summaries are way too on point. He didn't mention any of the information that could easily be found online. Instead, he highlighted issues that only long-time teammates and coaches would notice.

He... he began to regret his earlier words.

And sometimes, rumors aren't entirely wrong; this little punk's personality is clearly quite nasty!

That night, Coach Nekomata was so upset he ate one bowl less of rice.

But that's a story for another time.

Right now, Kobayashi Aotori had no time to pay attention to Coach Nekomata who had walked away. He was busy making tables of the analyses he had done on each team's members over the past few days. Perhaps out of the habit of a corporate slave in his past life, his actions were swift, and he quickly completed the basic content in no time.

Looking up, he found that the coach who had just been praising him with rainbow words had somehow returned to the Nekoma team—

With his hands clasped behind his back, he looked completely disinclined to turn back, leaving Kobayashi Aotori scratching his head in bewilderment.
