SO, without knowing when it started, what initially began as an ordinary 3v3 match quickly shifted focus onto Suna Rintarou and Kobayashi Aotori due to Aotori's skilled "rhythm control."

Kobayashi Aotori casually wiped the sweat off his forehead with his wrist, looking at the equally sweaty Suna Rintarou across from him, who was also drenched from the intense exercise.

Sure enough, he lived up to his title as the "most flexible man." It hadn't been long since the last Interhigh National Tournament, yet he could clearly sense a significant change in his opponent's abilities.

Although it can't be said to be a complete transformation, it was noticeably different from before.

Taking a slight breath, Kobayashi Aotori's habitual smile still lingered on his face as the match between the two gradually approached its end amidst their back-and-forth struggle.

If one had to say, Suna was more physically drained.

After all, Kobayashi Aotori's stamina had improved thanks to the torment from Bokuto, Kuroo and others.

The amount of exercise you get from training with someone else is much greater than having no one else to train with.

Just like learning to ride a bicycle, the person who is always controlling the stability of the seat from behind is much more tired than the person who is learning to ride.

Naturally, this meant Aotori's exercise and training volume were greater. This was why, despite performing more defensive and offensive actions in the same timeframe, Aotori's condution still seemed slightly better off than Suna.

The 3v3 match ended, quickly transitioning to free interaction time. Aotori sat cross-legged on the ground, casually chatting with the heavily panting but still intensely focused Suna across from him.

...Hmm. But judging by Suna's eyes, Aotori had the illusion that the other person wasn't really listening to him.

Aotori quickly dismissed this not-so-friendly thought, as he had indeed gained a lot from his exchange with Suna.

Many of his opponent's predictions were things he had never considered, filling some gaps in his blocking techniques. Of course, Aotori also provided Suna with a series of valuable experiences and habits in return.

The two stood up, satisfied, but overcoming Suna didn't mean he had passed the hurdle with Miya Atsumu.

Aotori, with dead fish eyes, turned to see Miya Atsumu holding a volleyball in one hand, smiling "cunningly" at him, feeling a chill down his spine.
