Chapter 10

The carriage soon arrived at the palace, the coachman helped Aderi and Lily get down.

An old man with glasses came towards them bowing.

"Good day to you m'lady, I am Ernest, His Highness' butler" He introduced himself. He then straightened his posture.

"His Highness is waiting in the main garden of the palace, right this way" Ernest gestured for Aderi and Lily to follow him.

They followed Ernest to the main garden of the palace.

The inside of the palace was stunning, everything was clean and sparkling, and the interior was a bit different from Skite. Aderi couldn't help but appreciate the decorations inside the palace.

With every maid they passed they all bowed to Aderi, all of them seemed respectful.

Soon Ernest opened a big door, leading outside, and you could tell that they had arrived at the garden.

Turning in a corner, A familiar figure was standing amidst the flowers near them. His Highness Oscar was admiring the red roses that were blooming in the main garden.

"Your Highness," Ernest called out as he bowed.

"Her ladyship Aderi Callista has arrived" With that sentence Oscar turned around.

"Good afternoon to the future sun of Bisoplain" Aderi curtsied with a friendly smile on her face.

He stood there star-struck at the beauty of the woman he was infatuated with, her curtsy seemed so calculated on how fluid her movements were, no flaws in sight.

"M'lady" Oscar smiled as he walked to Aderi, closing the distance between them.

"It's a pleasure to meet you once more" Oscar took Aderi's right hand, he leaned down, kissing the back of her hand.

"The pleasure is all mine, Your Highness"

Oscar was so happy right now as he finally saw the woman whom he couldn't help but think about upon meeting her in the foreign country.

"We will leave you two together, Your Highness" Ernest announced as he guided Lily to go with him. Oscar nodded.

Once they were gone Oscar turned his attention back to Aderi.

"You look stunning m'lady" Oscar complimented as he led Aderi to the chair in the middle of the garden pavilion.

"Thank you very much, Your Highness, for your compliment" Aderi responded as she sat down on the chair.

Oscar walked to the other side of the table where his chair was located.

"I'm glad you are doing well, m'lady" Oscar smiled as he sat on his chair.

"Thank you, Your Highness, I am glad you too are doing well"

Oscar picked up the teapot and started pouring her tea.

"Is your stay in Bisoplain pleasant so far?"

"Yes, Bisoplain is such a beautiful country, and I can't wait to explore more"

Oscar's eyes flickered to her.

"I'm glad" He smiled as he placed the teapot down after pouring tea into both of their cups.

"You have a nice place, Your Highness" Aderi complimented as she looked around.

"Thank you, m'lady, I hope you find comfort here...And this garden, I maintain them myself" Oscar smiled as he looked at Aderi admiring the roses he grew.

Aderi's eyes flicked in surprise as she looked back at Oscar.

"Oh my! I didn't know you were interested in gardening, you did an amazing job growing these roses" Aderi complimented as she looked at the roses.
