PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER ANALYSIS: Ronan Shahzadi is very insecure, but also very kind. He has a clever and polite sense of humor. He does not like to socialize, but he does it when he has to. He is shy and introverted. He is also paranoid and finds it hard to sustain relationships due to trust issues, but he is a truly gentle soul with good intentions.
CHARACTER ARC: Ronan Shahzadi was born an only child. His father was an abusive policeman named Finn Walsh. Ronan's mother, Mehnoor Shahzadi, became a neglectful alcoholic shortly after his birth. Ronan grew up protecting his mother from his father, using books and music as an escape from his horrific reality. Every time Ronan called the police, nothing happened because his father pulled strings to get out of it. Outside of his house, Ronan was bullied severely, so his only escape was getting a job as a waiter when he was in high school. He graduated high school with honors and got a scholarship to Emory University. He is currently majoring in social work, and he lives on campus away from his parents.
