A/N

That is a wrap! Baelon and Aemond story has finally come to an end. I know that I said I'll have done sooner but it was hard to pick up the metaphorical pen, knowing it was coming to an end.

I love these two so much and maybe there is more to be explored with there stories, but for now, they are living their best life's.

As for Alys and the future....

Enjoy....

....

Alys soared over the blue sea, her dark hair flying behind her as she mounted her dragon, the great Cannibal. The dragon's wings flapped harshly as he raced through the sky.

Behind her flew her twins dragon, Carraxes, formerly Daemons. The beautiful beast chased after the old beast, singing its familiar song.

Alys laughs, her eyes shutting as she allows the wind to flow through her. Peace among the clouds, a gift from the gods.

....

With a tremor, Cannibal landed on the keep, roaring out as the dragon keepers approached. Alys giggles to herself, lowering from her dragons side and approaching her ladies maid. "Where is father, I want to show him what I found." Alys asks

The ladies maid smiles and she motions behind her.

Alys turns and spots her father approaching in his riding gear, a smile permanently plastered on his lips. Alys brightens and she rushes over to her father. "Father!" She calls

Baelon brightens significantly more, if that were possible. "My love, you've made it just in time! Your uncle has returned from Driftmark." Baelon calls

Alys sighs, she loves her uncle Jacerys but with his arrival came his children and some of them were infuriating. "That is lovely, but look I found three dragons eggs, a part of a clutch that was abandoned." Alys says as she opens her satchel, revealing the eggs to her father.

She senses the presence of her brother as her father reaches forward to grab one of the eggs. "They look petrified, it's remarkable and a bit saddening." Baelon states, making a soft noise.

"We think they are a part of Syrax's clutch, she's been spotted circling that mountain." Baelon III says

Their father's face saddens at the mention of his late mother's dragon. "It's a lovely find." Baelon states sadly.

Alys heart burns at the sight of her father upset. "Don't be sad father, it's a blessing. Grandmother would be pleased that her dragon is still laying a clutch. While they are petrified, it is a sign of good fertility, we may see more and maybe we get a new heard of baby dragons." Alys says

Baelon smiles, gently cradling his daughter's cheek."You are right. It's just nostalgia, I miss your grandmothers all. Now meet your mother so you may great the rest of the family. I know you don't favor your cousins, but they are children and you are their elders. It'd get easier." Baelon says with a teasing grin.

Alys groans.

"Trust me father, we've showed a great deal restraint and we understand they are children but they are insufferable!" Her brother bemoans

Alys hums in agreement.

Baelon lifts a brow at his children. "And you don't think I don't find my brothers insufferable? But I love and tolerate them. Now off you both go, before I get Aemond to drag you there." Baelon states

The twins groan and moan but do as their father says, dragging their feet the whole way, leaving their amused father behind.

"Do you truly use me as a threat to get the children to do your bidding, am I that frightening?" A warm voice asks, causing Baelon to jump.
