Avika sat at her desk, the room dimly lit by the soft glow of a single lamp. The memory of her first kiss with Anirudh, replayed in her mind like a silent film. She picked up her pen, the paper in front of her still blank, and took a deep breath.

24 June

Tonight was unexpected. Tonight, something incredible happened. I can hardly believe it even now as I sit here trying to put it into words. My heart is still racing, and my lips tingle with the memory of it.

Anirudh and I had our first kiss.

She paused, the pen hovering above the paper as she tried to capture the complex swirl of emotions she felt. Her cheeks flushed as she remembered the moment, a mixture of shyness and a deep, unfamiliar longing swirling within her.

I didn't think it would ever happen, considering how aloof he always is. I thought I'd feel nothing, or worse, that it would be as cold as he usually is towards me.

But it wasn't. It was... confusing. His lips were soft, and for a brief moment, I felt something warm, something almost tender. It was like he let his guard down, if only for a second. My heart raced, not just from the surprise, but from the way he looked at me afterward, with a hint of vulnerability I'd never seen before. I felt a flutter in my chest, a shy excitement that made my knees weak.

Avika set the pen down and ran her fingers over her lips, still tingling from the kiss. She thought about Anirudh's eyes, the way they softened just for that brief moment. Her pulse quickened at the memory, a shy smiled tugging at the corner of her mouth.

I don't know what to make of it. It was real. It felt like there was something more beneath his icy exterior, something he's afraid to show. My heart aches to reach out to him, to break through that barrier and find the warmth I glimpsed tonight. I want to understand him, to know why he hides behind that cold facade. Is there a chance for us, or was this just a fleeting moment of weakness on his part?

Avika stood by the window, staring out at the pouring rain. The rhythmic patter against the glass brought back a flood of memories from two days ago. Avika felt a gentle warmth spread across her cheeks as the memory surfaced, a blush that no one but she could see. She bit her lip, a shy smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. It was as if she could feel the rain again, cold droplets mingling with the heat that had risen within her that night.

Her heart fluttered, a delicate dance of emotions. She remembered the way her breath had caught in her throat, the way her hands had trembled slightly as she reached up to touch Anirudh's face. Even now, the memory made her pulse quicken, a tender echo of the nervous excitement she had felt then.

Avika glanced around the room, half-expecting someone to notice her flushed cheeks and dreamy expression. She felt almost embarrassed by the vividness of her recollection, by the way her body still responded to the memory of that kiss. It was a private moment, one that she treasured deeply, and the shyness that accompanied it was like a secret she held close to her heart.
