The hospital was one of the places Juniper had rarely visited, meaning that when she woke up in a hospital bed, she was fairly confused. Both of her eyes were securely covered as she came to realize by feeling her face. Her head was completely wrapped up, fully covering her face entirely so she looked like a mummy from the shoulders up.

Without considering the consequences, Juniper jumped out of the bed and used her quirk to navigate outside of the room. She walked through the hallways, accidentally pulling out of the wires connecting her to her vitals which caused an irritating BEEP BEEP BEEP to resound from the room she left. Functioning as normal, kinda, she began walking on air once more randomly through the hallway.

Somehow, no one stopped her.

She got all the way to the lobby before her arm was grabbed by a familiar touch, "Juni? Is that you?"

Holding her arms up like a zombie, Juniper disguised her voice slightly as she spoke to the half and half boy, "No, my name is mummy man. Pardon me."

Shoto's eyebrows furrowed together as he looked at her outfit, which was her slightly bloodied hero costumer from USJ. He pulled her through the halls and back to her room, "You shouldn't be up already, not to mention using your quirk."

As they entered her room, they were greeted by a few worried nurses and their agitated teacher looking for them. One of the nurses immediately chastised the girl and brought her back to the bed, "What do you think you're doing, miss? You can't leave until you are officially discharged!!!"

Aizawa tiredly looked at the girl as she pouted beneath her bandages, "Kujo. You'll be able to leave after the doctor checks on you. But you shouldn't have been so reckless and thrown yourself in danger."

Juniper held onto Shoto's hand like a child, tilting her head back and forth with slight annoyance, "I was just trying to help!!! And please call me Juniper, Sensei..."

Beside her, the half and half boy was deep in thought. He agreed with Aizawa that she shouldn't have gotten that close or involved with the Nomu, considering her quirk was best long distance. But he never truly understood Juniper's way of thinking. His chest ached upon seeing her all wrapped up, a sense of longing tore him apart as he wished to hold Juniper tight and make sure she would never get hurt again.

Sighing, Eraserhead looked at his broken arm and her wrapped up head, "Just don't do it again, Juniper."

"Yes sir!!" Juniper wiggled around, waiting to see what would happen next. She pulled Shoto closer to her to lean her head against his side, "Oh, everyone else is fine, I'm assuming?"

Their teacher nodded, not that she could see it, "Aside from you and Midoriya, the rest of the class made it out with only minor injuries. You all get the next few days off from school to recover. Todoroki has offered to let you stay over with him for the time being to take care of you."

Giggling, Juniper poked the boy in his side, "Aw, how sweet Sho!"

The doctor entered the room and kicked out Aizawa and Shoto to do a final checkup on the mummified girl. She was cleared to leave, with orders to change her bandages twice a day and a ban on using her quirk until she was fully healed.

Shoto forced the girl to get on his back, giving her a piggyback ride since he knew she would rather die than walk like a normal person. The way back to his house was quiet, Juniper simply resting her head on his right side since she wasn't supposed to use her quirk. When they arrived, they were quickly greeted by two members of the Todoroki family.

"OH MY GOSH, JOJO, IS THAT YOU????" Fuyumi had completely lost her usual calm demeanor upon spotting the girl on her younger brother's back. She rushed toward them and immediately went into mother mode, "What happened to you two? I saw the news broadcast but I don't know what happened for you to be like this, Juniper!"

Taking care of it for the girl, Shoto responded for both of them, "I'll explain later. Do you have some clothes that Juni could change into for now?"

Fuyumi looked at the girl for a moment before shaking her head, "It would be better if she used some of your clothes since you are a lot closer to her height, Shoto."

Natsuo was the first one to break out into laughter upon seeing Juniper's sorry state, "You're Juni?? Don't you know that it isn't halloween yet?"

Finally, Juniper flipped off the older boy, grinning beneath her face covers, "Fuck off Susu!! Shouldn't you be in college or something?" She clung a bit tighter to the half and half boy carrying her, almost protectively as he continued bringing her to his room.

Shoto brushed his siblings off and entered his room, gently placing the girl down on his bed and getting another look at her. Her head was wrapped up, but her wild hair stuck out through the bandages showing off its almost black red color. He grabbed some of his clothes for the girl to wear and led her to his connected bathroom by pulling on her wrist. Turning on the faucet, he filled the bathtub and used his quirk to quickly regulate the temperature so it wouldn't be too hot or too cold for the girl.

Humming a little as he worked, Juniper leaned against the wall while taking off her utility belt, "A bath? Am I that stinky?" She spoke jokingly, exaggerating her speech so the boy would notice.

He shook his head, standing up and moving to carefully take off the bandages around her head, "No. You haven't been able to wash up since the fight, plus your hair is covered in blood. I'll help you."

As she was able to see once more, Juniper blinked a few times to adjust to the light and view the boy in front of her. She lowered herself so that it would be easier for him to remove the wrappings around her before a thought popped into her head, "You'll help me bathe, Sho?"

A beat passed before the boy's left side ignited once more, causing him to step back and manage his quirk outburst. He glanced at the door before quickly heading out, "I'll call Fuyumi."

Juniper couldn't help but giggle a bit at his flustered nature.

"I wouldn't mind you helping me out, Sho-to~"
