At this point, Juniper wasn't surprised to wake up in the hospital after losing consciousness. She looked down at the familiar scene of her arms being wrapped up in bandages. On the side of her bed was Aizawa who fell asleep waiting, hair messy and loose.

She felt bad.

It was her fault for dragging Dabi along with her personal wishes.

It was her fault for bringing them so high in the air.

It was her fault that her quirk was turned off.

It was her fault they fell.

It was her fault.

It was her fault.

It was all her fault.

Wasn't it?

Juniper's movement on the bed woke Aizawa up who sleepily rubbed his eyes, "You're awake. How are you feeling?"

She rested her head in her hands after realizing her cuff had been cut off and put to the side of the bed. A nullification bracelet was temporarily put on her arm as she groaned, "I feel like shit."

It was the simplest way she could put it.

Aizawa got to business, explaining what the doctor told him and what she needed to know, "You got a bad hit to your head and some injury to your spine. Luckily, nothing permanent. Also some burns, the quirk nullification cuff had melted together and had to be cut off of your arm. So... What happened after Midoriya defeated Overhaul?"

A small key caught her attention, somehow at her bedside table. She grabbed it and held onto it tightly, "I followed Toga and Twice. I saw... Dabi." Her speech began to rush as everything began to weigh down on her, "And I tried to get him back but we were arguing and he and and and I put a bracelet on him and somehow my quirk got turned off and I couldn't turn it back on and and then we were falling!!! Falling falling falling to the ground and then..."

She paused.

Juniper wasn't sure what happened.

Tears pricked her eyes as Aizawa looked at the girl cautiously. He pulled her into a hug which she readily accepted, clinging to him tightly. She whispered, barely audible, "I don't know what happened next."

Aizawa did his best to comfort her and fill in the blank, "We found you in the street. We came too late, I'm sorry for taking so long. Some bystanders said that Dabi got picked up by a white van soon after you hit the ground, and that Dabi had tried to stop the fall with his fire."

Juniper didn't know what to think, thoughts jumping everywhere before she decided on a question, "Is everyone else okay?"

He sat back in his chair after seeing she had calmed down, "Yes, thanks to you. Nighteye and Lemillion had it the worst, but they got emergency treatment early so both will be okay. Lemillion's quirk still hasn't reappeared yet."

She slouched a bit, wishing she could've somehow helped Mirio from losing his ability. Juniper fiddled with her hands, "How's Eri?"

The pro hero glanced over at the door and let two people inside. Eri was shy, wearing a hospital gown while holding onto Mirio's pinky and standing behind him slightly. She shyly spoke, "He—Hello..."

A smile naturally formed on Juniper's face as she swung her legs to the side of the bed. She waved at the young girl, "Hi Eri!!! I'm Juniper! How are you feeling?"

She held her hands out to the girl who was a little shocked to see how she was bandaged up like how Eri would be from time to time. Eri nervously put her hands in Junipers as she asked, "Why are you hurt? W-was it him? I—"
