"WE'VE GOT OUR FIRST MATCH OF THE SEMI FINALS FOLKS!!! FIRST UP... THE ICY PRINCE WHO HAS UNVEILED HIS FIRE, TODOROKI SHOTOOOO!!!!! AGAINST THE FORMIDABLE WIND GODDESS, KUJO JUNIPERRRR!!!! WHO WILL WIN? YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE!!!! READY SET... GOOOOO!!!!!"

The girl let her opponent go first, allowing Shoto to create yet another ice glacier that enveloped her whole body.

"IS THIS THE END?!?!? JUST LIKE SERO?!?!?"

Of course it wasn't.

Within the ice, Juniper used wind to carefully cave out the area around her to form some sort of a tunnel system. Shoto tried to fill it back up with ice which was easily broken once again by the girl. So, against his instincts, he entered her labyrinth.

He kept his right hand gliding along the right wall, making sure to stick to the same wall so he wouldn't get lost. As soon as he rounded the corner and spotted Juniper who was sitting criss cross in the air, he sent a wave of ice straight at her.

It was elementary for her to combat as she formed a medium whirlwind to demolish the entire ice structure with one action.

They began a dance of ice and wind.

Juniper was beginning to get pissed off from the boring attacks and the amount of time she had to look at the boy, causing her to yell at him, "What's your problem?!?!?"

The half and half boy furrowed his eyebrows together and yelled in response while sending yet another wave of ice. His thoughts couldn't help but drift back to the display of affection he witnessed in the hallway, "Why do you keep hanging around him?" instead of me?

"It's none of your business but he's my friend!!!" and you said you weren't. Juniper burst the ice with air, knowing he was referring to Hitoshi and not caring about his outburst.

"He's not even in the hero course!!!" like I am.

"He will be!!!!" and I know he will be amazing.

A dance of ice and air could only go on for so long. The stoic boy was starting to shiver as ice coated the left side of his body. The chaotic girl was panting, a headache forming as she continued on and on with her unstable quirk.

"Use your fire." Juniper was getting sick and tired of their repetitive and mundane fight that was no longer fun.

Shoto refused, thinking of both his infuriating and demanding father along with his mother who had been abandoned. He grit his teeth while his hands formed fists, "No, I don't need his power to beat you."

She used a gust of wind toward his face and from the other side to his legs, flying forward and pushing him to the ground with her body weight. Juniper straddled his arms to his side while leaning on his left side and bursting any ice he formed. "Need me to explain, Pretty Boy? Ice is just cold water with air in it. And guess what? I control air. Your ice is useless." Juniper pulled his hair back with her right hand a bit more, letting her other hand brush over his jawline as she leaned in to whisper in his ear, "You can't seem to help but let it out when it's just us two. The only difference is now we have an audience, Sho~to~"

Her hot breath against his ear was unbearable. It was all too much for him to handle. Fire burst out of his left side without his permission, causing Juniper's bleeding right hand to catch on fire. Her wound from earlier was cauterized from the heat and she let go of Shoto to stand up and look at the flames licking her skin with a wide grin from her amusement.
