"AHHHH ITS A MONSTER!!!!"

"RUN ERI RUUUUUNNNNNNN!!!!"

The two girls sprinted through the apartment, accidentally knocking over a few things as they passed by.

That just made it easy for them to be found.

Slow and steady, closing in on its prey...

Until...

"AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

"Can you two come back and help me make dinner, or are you going to keep running?"

It was just Aizawa. He had his hands on his hips with a white apron tied around him as he tiredly looked at the two white haired girls who were hiding in Eri's closet. They held an umbrella out and Juniper opened it up, with a yell, "Begone evil demon!!! Begone!!!!"

Eri backed her up, "Begone!!! Begone Zawa!!!!"

As Juniper's feet hit the ground, she became nervous and looked at her teacher over the umbrella. His eyes were glowing with a disapproving look as his hair floated off of his shoulders. Juniper quickly closed the umbrella and pat Eri's head in defeat, "The evil monster won. We shall prevail next time, Eri!!!"

The young girl pouted, "Awww what? Why does evil win?"

Aizawa picked her up with one arm and explained, "Sometimes evil winds but good always will win in the end. I thought you wanted to help out tonight, didn't you? Since Juniper came early and we have guests later."

Her pout remained as Eri crossed her arms to mimic him, "Awww..." She thought about his words for a second, spotting Juniper behind them who waved cheerily before she gave in, "Okay, you're right! I wanna help!!! Let's make the best sushi in the world!!!"

In the kitchen, Aizawa had already set everything up for them.

There were two bamboo rolling mats which were wrapped up with plastic wrap to avoid sticking. Eri stood on a small stepstool so she could reach the countertop with Juniper standing behind her to help. Aizawa explained how to roll the sushi, "Start with a piece of seaweed. Wet your fingers a bit and then spread out the rice like this. Next, you can put whatever vegetables or filler inside, and then roll it like this."

Eri looked at Aizawa with puppy eyes, "Can I just put rice in it? I love rice!!!!!"

Holding Eri's arms up to cheer, Juniper supported the girl's wishes, "Oo! Sounds super yummy!!!" Seeing Aizawa's disapproving look caused Juniper to give in slightly, "Hmm... How about we make some rice ones for you and then some with salmon and vegetables for the others? Just in case they want those instead!"

The young girl started stroking her chin, deep in thought, "I guess. Okay!!! Let's make some delicious sushi!!!!"

Juniper did half a roll while Eri did the other half with Aizawa keeping an eye on them while he made his own set of rolls. The girls were having fun, flicking water and getting rice all over the place while trying to make semi decent rolls.

Once they finished, they had a unique set of rolls cut and set on the table. A rice roll, salmon roll, california roll, tuna roll, and even one that was filled to the brim with every ingredient available.

The doorbell rang and Eri ran over to open it, excitedly waving at the two boys who were by the door, "Izu! Miro!!! Come in come in!!!"

Midoriya and Mirio greeted the girl and headed inside with Mirio picking Eri up and holding her in his arms. The blond looked at the happy girl with his usual smile, "Eri!!! How have you been? Have you enjoyed living with Eraserhead so far?"

Her excited mood gave away her feelings right away, "It's been good! Dadzawa—"

The trio entered the dining room and paused, all eyes on Aizawa as he blankly stared back at them.

Midoriya spoke up first, anxiety in his voice, "Ai-Aizawa? You have something in your hair..."

He raised a hand to his hair, only for it to slightly stick to his hand as he pulled it away. While they made the rolls, Juniper was slowly but consistently placing small bits of rice in his hair without him noticing. Aizawa immediately glared at Juniper, eyes red and hair floating which prompted her to quickly get up and hide behind Eri and Mirio, "Eri! Do you think you can help Zawa get everything out of his hair?" She then whispered in her ear, "I'll sneak you more of that strawberry candy you like later."

Eri tapped on Mirio's arm to be placed down and walked over to Aizawa to start picking the rice out of his hair, "I brought Izu and Miro!!! Let's enjoy the sushi, Dad!"

Just as Juniper had hoped for, Aizawa's anger dissipated while allowing Eri to clean up his hair. He gestured to the table, "Come sit, Eri prepared the best sushi in the world for everyone."

Juniper sat on Aizawa's left, across from Midoriya Eri and Mirio who were looking at the dishes. Juniper explained what each roll was and handed out one of each to each person, "Eat up! Made with love of course!"

Midoriya looked at one of the rolls with confusion, "Is this one just rice and seaweed?"

Beside him, Eri happily popped it into his mouth, "Mhm!! I love rice!!! It's amazing, right?"

Laughing, Mirio tried the rice roll, "It's delicious!!! You should become a professional sushi chef, Eri. Juniper can be your assistant!"

Eri started shining like the sun, "Really? You think so, Miro? What about you Izu, Dad?"

Of course they agreed, nodding fervently. Aizawa popped another piece into his mouth before giving a small smile to the girl, "You can become anything you want. A chef in the house would be nice."

The green boy pat Eri's hair, "It's the best food I've ever had!!! I love it so much!!!"

She couldn't help but giggle with excitement, making the whole room lighter from her contagious energy. It was... beautiful to Juniper. She knew she loved spending time with her new little found family with Aizawa and Eri and hoped to spend more time together.

Aizawa and his two white haired girls, Eri and Juniper.

Unfortunately for her, that meant he would train her even harder to ensure she became a wonderful hero.

Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to work to keep her loved ones safe.
