aurora had woken up and she was trying to get up so she could go pee. she was also gonna do her morning routine then get back in bed. she had tried to get up but she felt a weight holding her by her waist. she looked down to see jalil clinging onto her. "rory where you going" jalil asked her with a morning voice.

"i gotta pee im gonna come back" she explained to him but he still hadn't gave in. "do you gotta go that bad" he tried to negotiate with her which made aurora roll her eyes. "jalil." she spoke sternly making him loosen the grip around her waist.

she got up from her bed and walked over to her bathroom. she went and did her business before washing her hands. she also brushed her teeth, did her skincare, and fixed her hair which basically added another 20 minutes.

she walked back into her room and flopped down on her bed. she was dreading having to go explain the mug  to her dad and her brother. what made it even harder is the mug had also meant something to her too. so she had ruined something very special to all of them.

she just didn't want to be the reason she would hurt any of their feelings. she hated seeing them when they were upset and now she was going to be the reason why they were upset. it had made her stomach turn thinking about it. she felt like such a bad person.

jalil noticed how the girl was zoned out and he automatically knew what she was thinking about. he had gently nudged the girls thigh getting her attention. "what's on your mind rory" he asked catching her off guard. jalil and aurora had been around each other so much they basically knew each other like the back of their hand.

which meant they knew when their was something wrong with the other. so it was honestly no point in hiding it because they would already know. "i don't wanna tell them i broke that mug. what if i really hurt their feelings" she vented clearly still over thinking the whole situation.

"i keep telling you they're going to understand. it wasn't you fault, you can't control sophie's actions" she told her and aurora nodded her head. jalil still knew she was probably still spiraling about it. he had pulled the girl out of the bed making her follow him downstairs.

jalil had her stand in the living room making sure she couldn't see the kitchen. jalil had spent almost all night fixing the mug for aurora. he had seen the stressed out girl and couldn't just do nothing to help her. he was going to show her later hoping she would've been more at ease about the situation. but he was going to do it now for her own good.

he walked over to where she was standing and told her to turn around. "tadaa" he had did jazz hands showing her the now put together mug. "jalil what the fuck" she spoke surprised picking up the mug from his hands examining it. it looked like nothing even happened to it. "i was expecting a thank you but i guess that works too" he joked making a smile creep up on auroras face.

"jalil when did you do this?" she questioned still confused about how he did this. "last night when you were sleep." she explained which shocked her. she thought he would've been fast asleep because he had basketball practice and training that day. "weren't you tired yesterday. you had like two practices"

"i mean yeah but you were just stressing yourself out, and i didn't wanna see you like that" he rambled making aurora smile ear to ear. her heart melted at his answer knowing that he cared about her like that. she had wrapped her arms around the boys neck bringing him into a hug. he placed his arms around her waist basically sweeping her off her feet.

after almost ten seconds he put her down. "i really appreciate this jalil, thank you so much" she thanked making him smile. "your welcome rory"
