aurora woke up to the sound of jalil scrolling on tiktok. she had rubbed her eyes before yawning. "good morning" she mumbled looking at the boy who had finally acknowledged her. "good morning rory" he replied giving the girl a faint smile. she had sat up leaning on his headboard.

"how'd you sleep" she asked him before taking out her phone. "like fucking shit. you kicked me atleast three times last night" jalil told the girl making her laugh. "your fucking lying. i don't kick in my sleep" aurora denied playfully rolling her eyes. "yes you do. i have the bruises to prove it."

she had gotten up from her bed and brushed her teeth and washed her face. she went back to his room seeing him in the same spot he was in before. "we should do something today before you go back home" jalil suggested making aurora draw her attention over to him.

"we could go see despicable me four together" she added making him nod his head. aurora had smiled before getting up from his bed. aurora had packed an outfit in her bag so she wouldn't have to wear any of jalils clothes. she put on a pair of star imprinted jeans, powerpuff t shirt, and knu skools. aurora put her hair in two low space buns and sat on his bed waiting for him.

after five minutes went by jalil had came out the bathroom. he had walked over to her and grabbed her waist as she stood up. he had looked down at the shorter girl with a smile on his face. "you look so pretty baby" jalil complimented making a light shade of pink appear on her cheeks. "wish i could say the same to you" aurora joked making jalil roll his eyes and put his hand in her face as he walked away.

she laughed following after him as they walked to the front door. they walked out to jalils car as he opened the passenger door for her. she got in and he closed the door before walking around to the other side. he got in and started the car before leaving the driveway. aurora had started talking jalils ear off about the last love island episodes she watched. she would watch it on her own because jalil refused to watch a reality show with her.

"jalil casa broke my heart. if i was serena i think i would've swam over to casa amor" she expressed to him talking about what kordell did to serena. "rory you don't know how to swim" jalil reminded her. "i know but of that was you in the video it would unlock a superpower in me. i'd turn into aquaman" jalil laughed at the girl next to him as she continued to go on about the show.

they made it to the movie theatre and got in the line to get food. "what do you want" jalil asked her. "cinnamon pretzel bites and a slushie" she told him as he nodded his head. jalil had ordered them both snacks for the movie before they picked all of their food up and went to the movie. they walked in and found their seats in the back of the theatre.

they waited for the movie to start so they talked quietly with each other. "we should be agnes and her unicorn for halloween this year" aurora suggested making him scrunch his face confused. she had rolled her eyes at his cluelessness before pulling up a picture. she had showed him a picture of the girl and her unicorn and he deadpanned her making her laugh. "i'll be agnes and you can be the unicorn." jalil had surprisingly argeed to the idea making a bright smile appear on her face. was it probably pointless to be thinking about halloween costumes this early? yes. but did aurora care? absolutely not.

the movie started making aurora move her attention to the screen. she had intensely watched the movie adding in her commentary every now and then. when they got to the part with the evil girl and her lisp jalil would laugh every time she spoke. "stop laughing your gonna interrupt the movie" she warned him but he didn't listen. every time he would get himself back together he would start laughing again. after a while she couldn't help but laugh at how stupid he looked laughing at that.
