- part 25 !

the game was close to being over and cam had just took jalil out of the game. aurora had seen how focused he was through out the game and how frustrated he was. he had took the game seriously and played with his emotions. so it wasn't hard for him to get mad when he was playing. he had walked over near where aurora was sitting. "are you okay?" she had grabbed jalils wrist to try and get his attention because he probably couldn't hear her over all of the yelling.

he nodded his head not paying much attention to her or the game. he had stared off at the ceiling with a noticeable upset look on his face. she could tell he didn't want to talk, so she just let it be that. the game was almost over and aurora decided to go to the bathroom before the game was over so she wouldn't have wait in a long line. she got up from her seat navigating through the large building. the main area wasn't as crowed since most people were probably watching the game. she made it over there and used the bathroom before washing her hands. she had used her now wet hands to fluff out her hair to make sure it still looked good.

she walked back out to the court but none of them were there. she looked around and saw jalil standing by the bench on his phone. she walked over to him slightly hitting his arm with the back of her hand getting his attention. "where's everyone else?"

"they went up to that little thing we were in before. i was just waiting for you so you wouldn't get lost or nothing." he told her making her faintly smile before he grabbed her hand leading her to where the rest of the team were at.

she was gonna go talk to somebody else because she thought jalil was still mad but he had stopped her grabbing her wrist. she turned around furrowing her eyebrows confused on why he stopped her. "i'm sorry if you thought i was mad at you earlier when i didn't answer you. some of the games just really irk my nerves." he explained with a sincere look on his face. aurora smiled at his apology even though she didn't think it was needed because she knew he wasn't mad at her.

"don't be sorry, i knew you weren't mad at me. i'm not upset that. like at all" she assured him making jalil smile out of relief. he had pulled her closer to him giving her a hug which made her face cringe as he was still sweaty. "ok but if you don't get off of me then i'm really gonna be mad." jalil laughed at her letting her go.

aurora had heard d'aydrian and cam in the phone with somebody and the girl decided to walk over there to see who they were talking to. "this nigga dev calling imma say it for cam." d'aydrian spoke and then aurora realized who it was. it was somebody named punchmadedev. they were talking about him in the lobby last night and jalil told her they were playing his team this weekend. "ay dev nigga shut up!" aurora and cam laughed at d'aydrian yelling at dev over the phone.

"this nigga dev tryna bet us a thousand. so he gon bet me a thousand and he gon bet cam a thousand." d'aydrian explained and aurora looked at him shocked they were placing so much money on a game.

"ay count me in i need a thousand dollars." aurora spoke making both d'aydrian and cam laugh.

"and i guess he's gon bet rory a thousand dollars." he added making aurora nod her head hoping she would gain rather than lose money.

aurora had laughed at d'aydrian and dev who had continued going back and fourth. "ay they saying this game of the year." dev said making aurora and cam side eyes each other.

"nah not against yall niggas" aurora joked making d'aydrian agree.

"ay we gon trick on that lil white boy." dev pointed out talking about nelson. everybody had a surprised expression on their faces looking over at nelson. "and that lil girl jalil dating." the sentence caught her off guard laughing at what he said.
