"Everyone, wake up!" Emma yelled, banging pots together. I was awoken on my stomach, my body sprawled out on our sleeping area. My arm and leg were sprawled out on Ray next to me, my head lightly brushing against the edge of the sleeping mat. I wasn't much of a still sleeper, and that wasn't the best considering Ray had to shove me off of him, grumbling.

"I slept so good!" One of my siblings called out, Ray still mumbling nonsense as his body slowly woke up. My hair was a mess, and eyes still slightly puffy from the previous night's breakdown, in which we walked back into the room with children just as if nothing had happened; Ray shooing children away from me if they were concerned, just that I had fallen and was a little butthurt.

"Do you fight damn demons in your sleep or what? It's like your limbs were pressing all the air out of me." Ray yawned at me, as the older kids began wrapping up the littles blankets and mats tightly, before tucking them away on the side.

"At least I don't sleep walk." I said, brushing my puffed up hair away from my face, sitting on the floor, still drowsy.

"Not yet." I heard Ray mumble, and with that I finally perked up, chasing after him, zig zagging through the others who were also fooling around. I grabbed onto the back of Ray's shirt, locking him in a headlock.

"Hey now- not pulling an old geezer now are you?" He laughed, as I let him go and scrunched my nose. I didn't realize until now how much all of us really stunk. And by stunk I meant reeked, I don't know how long it's felt like since we properly took a shower, or even washed our clothes at all.

"Hey watch it. How about we all shower before the littles waste the hot water, and after I challenge you to an arm wrestle." I stuck my tongue out at him, while I went over to Emma, locating a towel for myself.

"It seems like you've gotten close to him, (Y/N)." Emma smiled at me, while handing over two fluffy white towels, a bigger one to wrap around me, and a smaller one to dry my hair off. I smiled at her, before pulling her into a hug, embracing her tightly before I let go, towels in my right hand.

"I guess I finally got through his thick head. He's actually not that bad, but sometimes I can't believe you survived 11 years of him." I giggled, before turning around and heading to the showers.

"It's so great to see him smiling like that, it makes me so happy. I can tell he cares about you as much as you care about him." Emma called out to me, which made me smile a little bit to myself.

"That shower was great!" I cried out, buttoning up the last button on my shirt, and adjusting my pants. They were black and reached comfortably loose to my ankles, my shirt white just like Grace Field. Gilda passed me a bow, in which instead of tying it around the collar of my shirt, I took another and tied my hair into pigtails. My amulet given by Mujika hanging around my neck comfortably, it had a little weight to it, but it wasn't neck breaking.

I seated myself at a large table set out with food, our own food that we had taken and none of us touched the old mans rations. It was warm and inviting, so as everyone sat around and prayed, I looked up at Ray across from me, smiling to myself from last nights interaction. He had stayed up the previous night again until I fell asleep, our soft conversation to each other, murmuring until I was too tired to prop my head up to face him, and he did the same, laying down. I had felt his stare on me the whole time, as the night before I opened my eyes once more to see him staring at me with a gentle smile I had not seen from him before.

"Everything feels so much better now, clean clothes, plates and forks. All of you guys don't stink now." I joked around with the younger ones seated around me, scrunching up my nose and laughing, as they giggled at me, little mouths filled with food as they scoured it down.
