It's just so fitting for the arc, the Chūnin Exams arc. Aka, the arc where we were all afraid of Gaara... and let me just say this. Gaara's English voice actor did an OUTSTANDING job with his role. Just excellent. He made us scared. Gaara wasn't the only one.. but Orochimaru, oh my god. We all thought he was the strongest villain.
This is also the arc where... not me- but some of you thought the fur on Kiba's parka was his hair. I'm not going to call you stupid because well, that's mean. But come on, it's so obvious... literally, have you not seen a parka before?
When Lee dropped those weights tho- 😤✨
Back to the arc... when I was watching the opening, I knew it had something to do with action. This arc definitely had action. We all thought KIDS, 12/13 year olds, we all thought they were going to die in that forest. How can adults trust kids with surviving obstacles like that? I know they're training to become professional ninja but come on-

We found out more about Naruto's classmates, Shikamaru being my favorite. He's just so relatable, man. This guy has an IQ over 200, but is considered the laziest of everyone. That's when I started to think, "Ohhh okay, he's definitely interesting."
Don't get me wrong, when I saw Kiba, I actually thought he was cool. The only thing I didn't like was how cocky he was. Turns out, he ain't all that. After seeing him get his ass kicked by Naruto, the class clown/wimp/idiot of them all, oh yeah, I was laughing.
My favorite fights are.. my personal favorite Naruto/Kiba, Rock Lee/Gaara, and Shikamaru/Kin. Neji and Hinata's fight was a mess. I actually disliked Neji at the beginning because he was such a prick to Hinata, but started to like him later on when he was being nicer to her and everyone else.
It's crazy because during this arc, all of Team 7 got their epic moments. You have Naruto with his fight with Gaara, Sasuke getting that curse mark, and Sakura just.. getting her hair cut? I was actually tired of seeing her with that long hair.
Aside from the arc, the song is enjoyable and uniquely memorable.
