This arc definitely shows Naruto not playing around anymore, because when it came to Jiraiya's death, he wasn't going to let the Akatsuki get away with that.

It reminded me of Shikamaru when he killed Hidan for killing Asuma, his sensei. That's major character development, because when it comes to the people they love and cherish, they don't play around.

Openings 6 and 7 go well together considering they both include Jiraiya's impact on Naruto. It shows Naruto truly stepping into his goal of becoming Hokage if you think about it.

Naruto proved to the entire village that he wasn't just a Jinchuriki. That he wasn't someone they should pull their kids away from. The fact that the whole village cheered for Naruto and was happy that he saved them all from danger.

...But at the same time, the village is fake. They bullied Naruto when he was a child, guys. But when it came to him saving then all from dying, that's when they thank him? Come on. Not only Naruto, but they segregated the Uchiha and blamed them for an attack they have 0 evidence for. They have no reasoning at all to hate the Uchiha. None. They could've at least took care of orphaned Naruto and Sasuke, but they didn't. So think about, don't blame Sasuke for being emo. Blame the village. Naruto had every right to be evil, and Sasuke.

...Off topic.

Overall ranking, 7.5/10.
