Do I even have to take time to rank this? I think not-
This is definitely one of the best openings of the entire Naruto series, if not one of the best in all anime.
I didn't skip this opening either. I almost did! But I didn't because after hearing that guitar in the background, how could I not skip?
They definitely chose the right band AND song for this opening. It matches everything! The animation, the character movements, just everything.
It starts off with Naruto looking ready to fight, Kakashi appearing to be shocked, Obito looking indiscernible, and Madara just grins sadistically.
My favorite part of this opening is when they show Naruto running and we see him go from a child no one liked to being a hero... or at least, the ninja that masters in Talk No Jutsu. It was a very.. powerful and emotional scene. All the action shots are not only animated with a perfect tense of rhythm and dynamism.
I'm gonna be like everyone else and say Yeah, this is definitely one of the best openings in the war arc. I said it. Fight me. Because who can argue?
Overall ranking, 10/10.
