This opening is... yeah, definitely one of my favorites. I already know it's up there with one of the greatest anime openings.
People claim that opening 3 is better than opening 16.... Eh. They're on the same level, but in my opinion, opening 16 is better.
Anyway, this was the opening used for most of a filler arc and half of the next arc.. crazy, right? This masterpiece was made during a filler arc... yeah.
The funny thing about this is how people watch the intro, but skip the episode (because it's filler).
When I saw some unexpected characters, I was like: 😶 Sir? M-Ma'am? Who are you? And yeah, this has to be one of those filler arc I never watched. I should probably give it a try because unlike some people, I'm bored, I miss Naruto, a filler wouldn't hurt.
Anyway, the song is catchy. I can literally hum most of the tune in my head, lol. The instruments, vocals, everything was great. Not only is it catchy, but it's iconic for an anime opening.
Naruto really has the greatest songs for their openings/endings. They just fit perfectly.
Overall ranking, 10/10.
