The atmosphere at King's College was charged with excitement as students and citizens gathered to celebrate the 14th of July festivities. Philip Hamilton and his younger sister, Y/N, were among the crowd, enjoying the lively atmosphere. The sound of music and laughter filled the air, but their joy was soon interrupted when George Eacker took the stage.

"Alexander Hamilton, though a man of many talents, is nothing more than a self-serving opportunist," Eacker declared, his voice booming over the assembled audience. "He has misled this nation with his manipulations and schemes."

Y/N's face flushed with anger, her fists clenching at her sides. "How dare he?" she hissed, her temper rising. Philip, sensing her fury, placed a calming hand on her shoulder.

"Y/N, let it go. He's just trying to provoke us," Philip said quietly, his eyes fixed on Eacker. "We don't need to stoop to his level."

But Y/N's anger only grew as Eacker continued to slander their father. She gritted her teeth and forced herself to wait until Eacker finished his speech. As the crowd dispersed, she turned to Philip with fire in her eyes.

"I won't let him get away with this, Philip," she said firmly. "Father deserves better than to be insulted by that man."

Philip sighed, knowing his sister's temper well. "I know, Y/N, but what do you plan to do? Confront him in the middle of the street?"

Y/N's eyes glinted with determination. "If that's what it takes."

The siblings searched the streets of the city, asking anyone they met if they had seen George Eacker.

Y/N approach two ladies having a conversation. "Ladies, I'm lookin for a Mr. George Eacker he made a speech earlier, our Fourth of July speaker"

"I saw him just up Broadway a couple of blocks, he was goin' to see a play" one of the ladies said

"Thank you" Y/N said

Y/N and Philjp hurried to the theater, their hearts pounding with anticipation. As they entered the dimly lit lobby, they spotted Eacker chatting with a group of acquaintances. Y/N wasted no time, marching up to him with Philip close behind.

"George Eacker," Y/N called out, her voice steady and strong.

Eacker turned, a look of surprise crossing his face. "Miss Hamilton, what a... pleasant surprise. And Mr. Hamilton, too. To what do I owe this unexpected visit?"

Y/N's eyes blazed with fury. "You know very well why we're here. How dare you slander our father in such a public manner?"

Eacker smirked, clearly unbothered by her anger. "I merely spoke the truth, Miss Hamilton. Your father is not the saint you seem to believe."

Before Philip could stop her, Y/N stepped forward, her voice ringing with authority. "I challenge you to a duel, George Eacker. You will answer for your words."

Philip's eyes widened in shock. "Y/N, no! This isn't the way."

Eacker's smirk widened. "A duel? From a lady? How unconventional. But very well, if you insist. I accept."

Philip grabbed Y/N's arm, pulling her aside. "Y/N, think about this. This isn't what Father would want. It's dangerous."

Y/N shook her head, her resolve unshaken. "Philip, I can't let him get away with insulting Father. I won't stand for it."

Eacker watched the siblings with amusement. "Well, Mr. Hamilton, it seems your sister is quite spirited. When and where shall we settle this?"

Y/N glared at him. "Tomorrow morning, at dawn, near the Weehawken cliffs. Bring your seconds."
