And their eyes met!
Jungkook couldn't even dare to blink his wide, googly eyes, while Seokjin's were dark and narrowed, his lips shaped like the edge of an arrow—so red and plump!
"Did we meet before?"
Seokjin's brow furrowed as he tried to remember where he had seen this guy, but he just couldn't place him. Jungkook gulped—what the hell! The way Seokjin was staring at him was like a wolf eyeing its prey.
Of course, he had met him before. When they were younger, his mom always brought him along whenever Seokjin's parents invited them. But that was long ago.
"N-no! Of course not! I don't think so—"
"But you look familiar."
His voice was firm and deep—a husky tone that made Jungkook more nervous. He would love to hear that voice in bed while they—
Fuck his having a boner! Jungkook pulled his coat to hide that! And why the hell could he gotten arouse with his stares and manly voice, alone ? The guy doesn't even doing anything yet-
Yet??? Shut up!He's here.. spending a night of heavy rains with Kim Seokjin!"
As the hours passed, they ended up lying side by side on the bed, talking and laughing like old friends. Jungkook felt a warmth growing between them, a connection he hadn’t expected. Finally, as they drifted off to sleep, Seokjin’s arm brushed against Jungkook’s, a subtle yet comforting touch that sent Jungkook’s heart racing. The gentle rhythm of the rain falling outside created a soothing backdrop, each drop a soft reminder of the warmth they shared in that quiet room. Jungkook couldn’t help but think that maybe, just maybe, destiny had been on his side after all.
“Why aren’t you sleeping?” Seokjin murmured, his voice thick with sleep yet still laced with concern.
“I—I’m sorry if I disturbed your sleep. I can take the couch—” Jungkook stammered, feeling the heat rise to his cheeks.
Seokjin shifted slightly, his gaze now fixed on Jungkook, his eyes shimmering in the dim light. “You don’t have to do that. I don’t mind sharing the bed,” he said, a hint of a smile playing on his lips.
Jungkook’s heart fluttered. The thought of being so close to Seokjin, especially on a night when the world outside was washed in rain, felt like a dream. The sound of raindrops tapping against the window felt almost magical, wrapping them in a cocoon of intimacy.
As the minutes passed, Jungkook found himself drawn closer, their bodies instinctively seeking warmth in the cool air. “It’s just… it’s hard to sleep when I’m next to you,-- you know the feeling of being with someone whose fantasize by men and women around the world-
Wow! It's overwhelming!” Jungkook confessed, his voice barely above a whisper.Seokjin chuckled softly, his breath warm against Jungkook’s ear. “Is that so? Maybe we should make the most of this rainy night, then. Anyways, there's really nothing special about me”
With a shared smile, they settled into a comfortable silence, the rhythm of the rain outside blending with the quiet beating of their hearts. As Jungkook nestled against Seokjin’s side, he felt a sense of safety and belonging he had never known before. In that moment, the world outside faded away, leaving only the two of them, wrapped in each other’s warmth, dreaming of the possibilities that lay ahead..
Jungkook silently wished the night would never end.
“Are you okay with this?” Seokjin asked, his voice soft as he held Jungkook in an embrace.
Jungkook nodded gently. “Yeah…” But his stomach grumbled, a reminder of his neglect. “Oh, I’m sorry! I—I’ve been so busy that I haven’t eaten since lunch.”
Seokjin chuckled softly. “No worries. We can order dinner before heading to bed.”
The two settled into the hotel room, the sound of heavy rain outside creating a cozy atmosphere. Seokjin decided to order a variety of dishes.
When the food arrived, the aroma filled the air, making Jungkook’s mouth water. They spread the meal across the small table, a colorful array of their favorite dishes.
As they ate, the conversation flowed easily, laughter punctuating their words. Seokjin shared funny stories from their past, and Jungkook found himself leaning in closer, captivated by the way Seokjin's eyes sparkled in the candlelight.
“Can you believe how far we’ve come?” Seokjin asked, a hint of nostalgia in his voice.
Jungkook smiled, his heart swelling with warmth. “It’s been an amazing journey, hasn’t it?”
After they finished eating, they moved to the window, watching the rain dance against the glass. Seokjin wrapped an arm around Jungkook’s shoulders, pulling him closer. “Let’s just stay here a little longer,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Jungkook felt a sense of peace wash over him, the world outside fading away. “I’d like that.”
They spent the next hours talking about their dreams, their hopes, and everything in between, the intimacy of the moment drawing them even closer. The rain continued to pour, but inside, they felt an undeniable warmth, one that promised a night filled with connection and lingering glances.
As the candles flickered low, Jungkook leaned his head against Seokjin’s shoulder, wishing this night would stretch on forever-
