Amelia's POV
"So your Auntie Arizona and I are dating." Cordelia smiles up at me as we continue walking Doc.
"That is great. I love you two together." Cordelia signs before I hugged her and kissed her head.
"So what do you want for Christmas?" Cordelia has a surprised look on her face and I couldn't help but wonder what Matthew did to make her not believe she'd get stuff on Christmas.
"Matthew said only wanted girls get gifts." Cordelia signs and I had to contain the anger I felt so she didn't believe that it's her fault.
"Button, everyone gets presents on Christmas. It's the rule and Matthew broke that rule. Besides you're definitely wanted by us." Cordelia looks down at Doc and pets him before looking back up at me.
"Some stuff for Doc. He deserves gifts too." Cordelia signs, causing Doc to lick her face.
"You deserve gifts too, but I will get him some gifts too." I tell Cordelia before the two of us headed back home and entered the house. The house was decorated with Christmas decorations and Cordelia's blue eyes light up when Alice walked over to us.
"What do you two think?" Alice asks as Cordelia runs over and hugs the woman.
"Did you do all of this yourself?"
"Nope. Alex's sister Amber and Jean helped me. Cordelia have you met Amber yet?" Alice says and Cordelia nods.
"She met her yesterday." George enters the living room in his pyjamas and his eyes widen at the decorations.
"Looks like Santa threw up in here. You told them about the babies?" George says, causing Cordelia to look down at her feet.
"George, Cordelia's never had a chance to celebrate Christmas. And you just told them about my pregnancy." Alice tells George, causing both Cordelia and I to look at them.
"You're pregnant? Congratulations!"
"Thanks. We're having twins. We found out a few weeks ago, but we wanted to wait until they were in the second trimester." George explains to us and Cordelia hugs him.
"I think she's congratulating us as well love." Alice tells George and Cordelia nods with a smile.

Meredith's POV
Dr. Bailey's looking quite pregnant and it was getting harder for her to walk around the hospital. Cordelia knew that Bailey was pregnant and would be going on leave soon because she wanted to get the baby a present. Addison helped her pick out Lion King themed gifts for the baby and will be giving it to her later.
"Dr. Bailey, would you like a wheelchair?" Claire asks Dr. Bailey who looks over at her and shakes her head. The rest of the interns were following right behind Dr. Bailey with Izzie glaring at Claire.
"Look at her belly. She's almost as wide as she is tall." Alex tells us and Claire lightly smacks his head.
"Are her ankles swollen? Is that why she's waddling?"
"What's going to happen to us when she goes on leave?" Izzie asks us.
"Leave? She's going on leave?" Cristina asked us, causing me to roll my eyes at her.
"What do you think happens when people push babies out of their vaginas?"
"Do you think we're going to get a new resident?" George asks.
"Oh congratulations on the twins George. Alice told Addison and I this morning."
"Nah. Probably just let us all walk around unattended. See how much damage we can do." Alex says with a smile, causing Claire to playfully roll her eyes at him.
"Thanks. Don't tell anyone but I'm going to ask her to marry me tomorrow." George tells us and Alex slaps his shoulder in support.
"Congratulations man! I call planning the bachelor party." Alex tells George when Dr. Bailey stops at a nurses' station.
"Hey Meredith, is it okay if I invite my wife and daughter to Christmas dinner?" Claire asks me.
"Yeah of course you can." Dr. Bailey started walking again and we followed her. We entered Tim Epstein's room where Mabel was waiting. Jillian Epstein was sitting on the chair next to Tim's bed while their three children Leah, Jesse and Jake are playing around the room.
"Tim Epstein, thirty. Fell off the roof of his house."
"I was stringing Hanumas lights and ah a shingle came loose." Tim tells us,
"Hanumas?" Izzie asks him.
"It is Christmas and Hanukkah together." Claire explains to us while Izzie glares at her.
"He fell twelve feet." Jillian says while Jesse flings a rubber lizard that hits Alex in the face, causing me and Claire to snort in amusement.
"Ah there are no visible deformities but he's definitely having some focal left arm weakness."
"He'll probably be fine. He's always been a little hard-headed." Jillian says. Tim starts to laugh but quickly moans in pain.
"Does your head hurt when you laugh?" Mabel asks Tim.
"Is that a bad thing?" Tim asks us.
"Follow my finger with your eyes please." Mabel says before moving her finger from side to side in front of Tim's face. Jake jumps off his father's bed and onto the adjacent one.
"I know karate." Jake tells us, causing Claire to smile at him.
"That's cool. Maybe after your father is better you can show me." Claire says.
"You know your husband might need a little ah quiet so there's a cafeteria right down the hall..." Dr. Bailey suggested to Jillian.
"No, no, no. Let them stay. Pain or no I don't want to miss out the holidays with my kids." Tim tells us.
"Who would like to take Mr. Epstein down for a CT?" Mabel asks us and Claire immediately shoots her hand up. The rest of us headed out of the room and we head to the next patient.
