To the person I once loved,
Don't look for me anymore.
Time has come for me to move on
So I go down the yellow brick road.
This is it, my love.
My one last ode.
For I travel to a faraway land
Down the yellow brick road.
Nothing stays the same
Like it once did before.
So don't think that I'll be waiting
For you to open the door.
Search for me if you choose
Call out my name into the woods
And perhaps you shall understand
What it was like for me to lose.
Goodbye, my love.
You shall find me no more
For I am off to my own destiny.
Down to the yellow brick road.
