I hope you fall in love
And realise that it's not the solution.
The Prince is not there to rescue you
From the dragon nor the witch.
Yes, he would definitely fight for you
But he had his own battles too.
Even if he can take you up in his arms
With promises to guard you against everything,
He won't be able to protect you
Especially when you have nightmares
Of being trapped in that same tower
He had just rescued you from.
That is something which nobody
But only you can save yourself from.
You are a princess.
No less than the Prince himself.
Not less equal as a royalty.
If you believe that he, the mighty prince, can rescue you
If you believe that he is strong enough
To defend you with his royal blood,
Then why can't you, as a princess, save yourself?
Then why can't you, with your own royal blood,
Be brave enough to protect yourself?
