She smiled as he took her hand promising the world,
The world bowed at her very feet,
As they rushed into the sunset together,
She smiled.

She smiled as he pinned her against the wall,
Embracing her lips with his primal touch,
His eyes ravaging her beneath.

She smiled as he filled the needle with haste,
Madness lurking deep within his beastly eyes,
As he shoved the needle in her sleek arms,

"It's paradise baby!"
He cooed.

She smiled as her vision got hazed in her choices,
Her fate haunting as he hooted and opened the door,
Four men marching in,
Their eyes resembling his,
As they ripped her clothes apart,
Ravaging her skin,
Digging her very soul without mercy,
As she pleaded,

"Leave me alone!"

Her voice no longer ferocious but timid,
A girl lost in the light of the illustrious world,
As she washed and washed herself in the drenching shower,
Her skin bleeding from such care,
Yet the water wasn't merciful enough,
Merciful enough to wash the stains away.
