The darkness you once saw crack a slight light. It feels as if time had skipped. You lift your head, feeling the heaviness from being drunk that night, your eyes focused on the first time thing you saw. A clock.

After a few seconds, you were finally able to sit up straight, but your back says otherwise. "Slow down there, lil buster." A voice echoed, waving through your ears and out. So soft and calm.

You could see a figure of a girl with shoulder-length brown hair, blood red eyes, wearing a blue crop top, with grey sweatpants, and a black jacket tied around her waist.

Your eyes widen in fear, and your hand instinctively moves to your waistline. Where's your jacket? You swore you had it with you.

"Where's," I hesitated, my voice holding me back. I rubbed my temples from the headache, "Where's my jacket?" I look at the figure, "and where's Stellar!? What'd you do to her!" I quickly stood up in a haze of panick, trying to get to Stellar, somewhere.

"Woah, woah," the girl held me before I could fall on the floor, "sit down, Stellar's here, resting." She sat me down from the couch I just sat on.

I held my head in my hand, rubbing my side from the pain. I looked up at her, pointing to a direction. A direction where Stellar laid, resting. Breathing.

"Be quiet, sweetheart." She warned me with a slight chuckle, pressing a finger in the middle of her peachy, lovey lips.

"Ah," I groaned from the pain in my head. She walked away to a different room, leaving me with Stellar. "Why haven't I asked her where am I." I deadpan myself. The heck was wrong with me??

She returned after a few minutes with a glass cup filled with water, her expression a sympathic one as she took steps towards me.

"Hold this," she handed me the glass cup, bent down a bit, and whistled into the cup, "Now try it." She smiled eagerly but didn't show.

I felt myself sank in the couch closer, feeling the stranger's presence sitting next to me. I'm glad that she isn't some kidnapper, and I appreciate them taking care of Stellar.

I lifted the cup to my lips and felt the head ache die down slowly as I softly chug down the water. "Thanks," I let out a quick couch after finishing the cup.

I put it on the coffee table in front of us. I turned to her beside me and gazed at her dark blood colored eyes, then a tint of pink flushed over my cheeks, and a feeling of dejá vù shivered down my body. I felt my the tips of my mouth pressing tightly to each other.

"So, uh," I embarrassingly cleared my throat. Forcing my blood to stop boiling from the stranger's beauty. Before she could do anything, I quickly blurred out. "Who are you? Why am I here? And what time is it?"

She stared at me, filled with patience. Whereas I feel tired. "First of all, I'm Alice Spokswoode, "she started to explain, her voice was probably the most kindest and calmest voice I've ever heard, "second of all, you were about to be kidnapped, I saved your ass," She points her finger against my chest, "and it's only 7:00 am." She closed her eyes and relaxed on her couch, placing her hands on her stomach, sinking in.

"7:00? I need to go!" I directed my focused gaze from her bloody colored eyes to Stellar's breathing body. Slight panick rise in my heart as it starts to beat.

I instinctively stand up and reach out to Stellar. Suddenly, I feel my body pull away from myself and a firm grip on my wrist, and I let out a small squeak.

"Didn't you hear me the first? You gotta calm down." She pulls my wrist, pushing my body weight down onto the couch. My shoulders tense up from the unexpected pull when she releases my wrist.

"I heard you. I need to go to my work, to Mrs. Nieva's store." I reason with Alicia. "Eh, fine. I'll come with ya because I have a feeling that we'll be friends." She smiled eagerly.

"I'm not one to make friends easily, and I don't trust you.

"We're both already friends!! And you don't need to trust me."

We both stand up and head for the door as she hangs her arm around my shoulder. I wake Stellar, and she follows us as Alicia starts blabbering about whatever she could say.
