"NICE ONE SAMU!"

Osamu grinned at his twin. It had been almost two months since his accident, and he was given the go ahead to play at nationals, as long as he listened to his body when he needed a break.

But if he was being honest, this is the best he has felt in a year. And, he just got the set-winning point.

"How are ya feeling," Kita asked from behind him.

"Honestly, I feel great."

Atsumu swung an arm around his shoulder. "Ya know I'm really proud of ya. I don't know of anyone else who could do that after such a long break."

"Thanks." Osamu looked down at his hands, which were starting to bruise. And though they weren't bothering him, he reluctantly understood that he should probably take it easy.

"I think I'm gonna sit out next set though. At least for a bit. Just to be safe, ya know?"

The captain nodded his head. "I think that's probably a good idea."

The teams started to switch sides, and the captain of Karasuno smiled almost sympathetically as he passed Osamu.

Well, apparently word about his condition has spread.

Suna came up to Osamu and smirked. "Well would you look at that, my boyfriend is even popular with the enemy."

"Oh shut up, would ya." Osamu glared at Suna for a second before kissing him. "Now go play good for me, got it?"

"Anything for you, boss."

Osamu was pretty quiet on the bus ride home. He knew it wasn't his fault they lost. Really, he did. But he couldn't help but wonder if maybe...

Atsumu slid into the seat next to him and sighed. "I know what you're doing. Stop it."

"I'm not doing anything," he lied. Badly.

The blonde twin raised a brow. "Oh, so you're telling me that the talk Kita gave us worked and you are definitely not thinking of every single thing you did wrong?"

"Nope."

"You suck at lying."

"I know," Osamu muttered. He groaned and frowned at his twin. "Ya know, I was feeling so good while actually playing."

"I noticed." Atsumu smiled and patted his twin's back. "I really am proud of everything you did today."

"Thanks, Tsumu."

Osamu leaned his head against the window. God, he was so tired. A good tired, far better than when he was hospitalized, but still. Fucking tired.

"Samu?"

But Osamu was already asleep.
