"Morning, Samu."
Osamu opened his eyes, looked at the clock, and sighed. Atsumu stood in the doorway to their bedroom and grinned at him.
"What are you doing up at six on a Saturday? And why did you wake me up?"
His twin pouted. "I can't believe you could forget what today is. I mean really, Samu, you're supposed to be the smart one."
"If you don't tell me I'm going back to bed."
"It's our birthday, dear brother!"
"You know," Osamu muttered, "any sane person would sleep in on their birthday."
Atsumu smirked. "Good thing I'm not sane. Now come on, get up! I have the whole day planned out. We have no time to waste here."
"I hate you."
"You won't be saying that for long."

Atsumu smiled as he watched his brother play in the waves. And Suna was with him in the water, splashing around instead of looking at his phone. Osamu is one of the only people he completely shuts it off for.
"You did good, ya know." Kita ruffled Atsumu's hair.
"Trust me," Atsumu laughed, "this is as much a birthday present for me as for him."
Kita raised a brow. And absolutely did not see it coming when Atsumu tackled him into the sand. The twin laughed at the look of shock on his captain's face.
"Atsumu!"
"This is the only time I'll ask you this: Please, please, pleeeeeease let yourself get dirty for once?"
Kita rolled his eyes, but he couldn't hide his smile. "Only because this is sand, not dirt. And for your birthday."
Osamu and Suna ran up to them, the rest of their team trailing behind.
"Uhh... Why are you on the ground?"
"Oh, you know, just practicing our dives for what is about to be the best game of volleyball ever."
Everyone on the team smiled at Osamu's exxitem from his brother's words. It is a well known fact amongst them that Atsumu hates beach volleyball. He always says that the sand stops him from reaching his full potential. But doing this for his brother, he didn't mind one bit.
"You mean it?"
"I do." Atsumu shrugged towards Kita. "So does our dear captain."
Osamu pulled his brother off of the ground and into a hug. With enough force, Atsumu noted, that he almost knocked both of them back to the ground.
Kita stood up and nodded towards the net a few feet away. "Well, shall we?"
The twins both grinned, identical as always, and said, "Let's do it."

Okay so yeah it's been over a year since I updated this but in my defense I have been freaking busy with college. ANYWAY this is not a promise that I will 100% start writing more consistently again but I'm gonna try to please accept this very short chapter as an apology :)
