The dimly lit warehouse enveloped the group in an eerie silence, broken only by the soft rustling of wind. Sakura's eyes flickered toward the old photograph, curiosity etched on his face. "And what about the other man in the picture?" He inquired, his voice barely audible.Ran's expression shifted, a mixture of nostalgia and sorrow. "Kakucho," he began, "was our silent guardian. Always lurking in the shadows, he rarely spoke unless necessary. You could say he was Y/n's unspoken protector." His gaze lingered on the faded image, memories flooding back. "Izana trusted him implicitly, and Kakucho reciprocated that trust. But then... things changed. We all witnessed Izana's transformation."
Rindou leaned in. "Y/n and Izana handled our dealings with other gangs—some known, others shrouded in secrecy. Those hidden transactions? Kakucho had a sixth sense for them. He delved deeper, uncovering dangerous truths. Izana was wading into treacherous waters, and Kakucho couldn't bear to watch."
"Y/n's safety became paramount," Ran continued. "On that fateful night, Kakucho revealed everything to us and to Y/n. The only difference? Izana overheard their conversation." The room seemed to hold its breath as the others absorbed this revelation.
Umemiya's question hung heavy in the air. "Did Izana ever turn violent?" His concern was palpable, etched into the lines on his face.
Ran hesitated. "Izana had his outbursts, but whether he harmed Y/n remains a mystery. She's guarded, keeps her pain hidden." His gaze hardened. "Our priority now is finding her. Yet even if we pinpoint the prison, they won't grant us access."
[Later that evening]
Sakura sat alone on the balcony, the cool night air wrapping around him. The city's distant hum faded as he tilted his head back, gazing at the tapestry of stars above. Each one held a story—a memory, a wish, a fragment of time.
He wondered if you were out there, too, beneath the same celestial canvas. Did you look up and think of him? The thought tugged at his heart, a delicate ache. The stars seemed to shimmer in response, as if whispering secrets across the vast expanse.
Sakura sat on the balcony, the cool evening breeze ruffling his hair. The moon hung low in the sky, casting a silvery glow over the city. His thoughts were a tempest, swirling with memories of you.
But now, you were locked away in a maximum-security prison, and Sakura's heart clenched with desperation. He had to get you out, no matter the cost. The others watched him from inside, their concern etched on their faces. Suo, ever practical, suggested bringing him food. "He hasn't eaten," he said softly.Kiryu shook his head. "I doubt he'd have an appetite," he murmured
"What could have led to this?" Kiryu wondered aloud. "Why move Y/n to a place like that?" His voice was low, filled with frustration. "It just doesn't make sense."
"Something definitely has happened..." Suo's voice trailed off
Just then, Sakura reentered the room, his expression resolute. His gaze met theirs, and he spoke with unwavering determination. "I've been thinking about this a lot" Sakura began, the boys stood there nervously waiting for him.
