Y/N'S POV
"Those bastards!"
I winced as the woman in front of me slammed her desk, followed by the sound of glass shattering.
"Who do they think they are?! We are not just women, we are women! How dare they tell me to go back to the kitchen?!" she exclaimed.
"They're arrogant because they're men. But their mistake is underestimating us," one of my colleagues spoke up, matching her angry tone.
"I'll make them regret it, especially Ran Haitani."
This isn't the first time I've heard that name, Ran Haitani. He's a notorious and skilled member of the Bonten group, which thinks everyone else is beneath them.
I'm part of another group, led and formed by women.
Last night, Bonten ambushed our trucks carrying thousands of kilos of cocaine destined for export to China.
"Y/n."
I looked up when I heard my name called and stood, anticipating an order.
"Yes, ma'am?"
"I want you to destroy Ran Haitani, destroy everything he has."
Saki, our leader, was speaking to me. Saki is an incredible leader and a formidable mafia boss; with a flick of her finger, everything goes her way. That's why our organization, led by women, is also well-known. But now, Bonten has decided to interfere with our business.
"Understood, ma'am. I already have a plan."
I do. I knew she would ask this of me, so I started making my moves... a week ago.
Poor Ran Haitani has no idea that I've already infiltrated his life without him knowing a thing.
Let's just say... I had my ways, using his father.

"So, you're going to be our stepmom?" Rindou raised an eyebrow, looking me over.
I smirked, knowing how easy it was to weave my way into their lives. With a bit of acting and seduction, look at me now.
"She's the same age as you, Rin. You still need to treat her with respect, as she is marrying me," their father said.
I met their father unexpectedly at a bar about a week ago. I knew it was him, so I approached him. He was interested in me immediately, around the same time Bonten started sabotaging our operations bit by bit. I figured his father might be useful, and he was.
"Why is she here?" Rindo asked again.
I already knew their profiles, their names, ages, and faces. Especially the man next to him...
Ran Haitani.
I was secretly studying him; this was my first time seeing them in person.
Ran has distinct long hair, neatly parted to one side with a clean, smooth finish. The parting creates a sophisticated and well-groomed appearance. He usually wears the Bonten uniform, a dark suit with the Bonten emblem, giving him a sophisticated yet menacing look. Sometimes, he wears earrings and has a casual, almost carefree expression that contrasts with his dangerous demeanor.
I know him for not just being a criminal. He's well known for a being a wominizer as well.
He's left so many girls broken.
"She's living with us from now on, as she is to marry me."
"Wait 'til Sanzu hears this!" Rindou laughed excitedly, while the man next to him gave me a lazy smile, holding a baton on his shoulder with his other hand in his pocket.
He looks laid back, like he couldn't be bothered. But he's not. He's a demon-ruthless and merciless, with a darkness inside him that's pure evil.
After a while, the two brothers walked away as if they were headed somewhere. I couldn't make a move yet; it was still too risky.
"Don't mind those two, darling. It might be awkward at first, but things will get better soon," Mr. Haitani said, giving me a soft smile. I nodded in response.
Mr. Haitani, their father, has the same physique as Ran. He doesn't look old; he's like a fine wine, aging in reverse.
°
["Girl, you didn't tell me you're going on vacation?"]
I was on the phone with my best friend and roommate, Morgan. I was walking around the Haitani property, trying to familiarize myself with every corner of their house and lot.
"Well, it's only for a few months. Don't worry, I'll be back soon," I lied to her. She didn't know I was involved with the mafia.
Morgan has been my best friend since middle school. We decided to live together while we studied for college, and now we both have our jobs. One has a normal job, and the other relies on criminal activities.
["I'll see you then, but I have to go now. I need to finish this paperwork."]
"Okay, take care!" I hung up and let my feet lead me to the garage.
It's a huge garage filled with various luxury cars. It's like a shopping mall for cars in here!
My brows furrowed as I noticed a red bloodstain on one of the cars near me. I went closer to inspect. How could they drive around with bloodstains on their cars?
I looked around, making sure no one was there before taking out my phone to snap a picture of the stain to send to Saki.
As I took the photo, a loud horn blared from the same car.
Startled, I quickly hid my phone when I saw the car door open.
"What were you doing?"
Ran Haitani stepped out of the car. Shit! I wasn't careful enough, and now he's going to be suspicious!
"I-I was just taking a picture of this Lambo. My friend owns one just like it, so..." I tried to play it cool to avoid raising his suspicions.
"Just like this?" He chuckled in disbelief. "I doubt it, only a few people are rich enough to buy this, honey."
I frowned at his arrogance, watching him shake his head with a grin.
"I don't know, I was probably wrong. Maybe they just had the same color."
He raised his brows, still smirking, and walked toward me, closing the space between us.
He leaned in close enough for me to smell his cologne. "Tsk, slut."
