"Hey Good boy" net called out the man who just got out of his car.

"Don't fucking call me that net" james frowned making net chuckle.

"Why the cold shoulder?" net laughed before following the man who rang the bell waiting for Nia to open the door.

Both man had decided to check up on Nia as it had been a long time since they spent time with her. They felt very guilty about it so thought to spend the rest of the day with her.

"You know i hate that nickname" james glared at the man who surrendered playfully.

"But you became a good boy, it matches you now. Even a week ago i couldn't call you that" net chuckled.

james again glared at the man which successfully shut him down.

It had been one week since james left the mafia business. It was a lot harder than he thought, specially when his hands are covered with blood.

His enemies surely would take advantage of his sudden leave and he knew that. But for his dead friend he could do this much at least.

And he honestly felt a lot better leaving it. It made him feel like a human, a normal one. Things would be a little harder from now on but again he liked that.

the people working under him didn't wanted to leave him, they were grown on their boss and leaving him all sudden wouldn't be easy for them. So james let his most four dearest men around him, just in case something happens.

Again enemies were seeking for chances to take their revenge.

Although james didn't know what he could do now, he had a lot of black money and properties here there. So it would be easy for him to start a business. Still that little part of him wanted to do what he always did dark business.

Humans are slave of their habits, aren't they?

Things will take time surely.

The door opens revealing a surprised Nia who became happy in a second seeing her most dearest two person standing in front of her, hands full of things. Probably gifts and foods for her.

"james phi and net phi?!" Nia hugged them tightly making the two man smile to themselves.

"Can we come in princess?" net smiled to her before ruffling her hair.

Nia backed away to let the boys come in. Putting down the things they had in hands, they sat down on the couch.

"I missed you both!" Nia swung her arms around their waists, plopping down between the two males.

"So did we" both chirped out together making Nia laugh.

And like that they started to ask about Nia's going on life. How she was doing etc. And soon enough Nia asked a question making both of them starlet.

"phi net, you didn't leave us. Is it cause of phi james?" net smirked looking at james who looked away with a blush.

"Ye-"

"Of course not! He came back for you princess" james said before net could ruin anything more.

"Really? I love you!" Nia swing her arms around net again hugging him tightly.

net smirked at james as he patted Nia's head. james mouthed 'I'll kill you if you tell her anything about us'. Nevertheless one day Nia would eventually find out how their brothers were in love and in a relationship.

But james feared it will make Nia uncomfortable or disgusted towards them. He fears the thought of losing his dear ones. On the other side net knew why james was so against him telling nia about them and he understands that too but being the teaser he is, he can't help but tease james a bit.
