The ticking sound reverberated through the empty space, causing a shiver to run down the bodies of the males and the little girl.

The bomb had been activated and they have only 5 minutes.

5 minutes to survive or die.

net and James began to struggle while attempting to remove the ropes, yet despite their efforts, they were unable to do so.

james felt the pressure of the material crashing against his soft pale skin, causing his wrist to bleed. net noticed everything and felt like the most foolish person for involving james in it.

"Wait, let me try" net breathed out as he faced james's back and started to get a hold of his ropes.

After a great deal of effort, he located the knot and pressed his face against the ropes, biting into the knot with his sharp teeth. Due to his sharp teeth, he didn't have much difficulty cutting through the knot. After a few seconds, the knot was finally torn apart by his sharp teeth.

james sighed in relief as he finally got rid of the ropes on his hand. As soon he got it off he untied his legs before doing the same with net.

Both of them were eventually released, and their first action was to sprint towards nia, who was crying without end.

"Don't worry! Your brothers will save you!" net spoke, his voice kinda shaky due to the fear growing inside him.

He checked the time in the bomb.

3 minutes.

They no longer had any time. There was still someone watching from above, deriving enjoyment from observing net's panic and helplessness.

Kat was enjoying it. All of it.

"Sir, we should leave from here. The bomb can blast anytime" the man beside Kat spoke quite tensed.

"Wait a min, this is fun" Kat chuckled darkly.

On the other side, net and james stood there not knowing what to do. The bomb had two wires, one red and one blue.

Being mafias they knew which one will deactivate the bomb But in a situation like this, they couldn't risk it.

Kat couldn't be so dumb to leave the bomb as it was. He obviously messed with it.

And If they pulled out the wrong wire,

They'll die.

"What should we do? Should we throw it away?" james said with a shaky tone.

"No, what if it blast if we do so?!" net said as he kept looking around nia's body to see if there was any other way.

"phi, I'm scared... Will we die? I-if we do... Then l-leave from h-here... You b-both did so m-much already for m-me" nia cried out, she sounded so pathetic to herself.

 She didn't wanted them to leave her in the death hole but what else could she say? She doesn't want them to die.

"Don't say things like that! We are gonna save you! Have faith in us!" net and James scolded her. They really didn't know what to do and yet they are saying they'll save her? How?

"I'm cutting the blue one" net breathed out seeing there was only,

1 minute left.

"Wait you sure? Isn't it suppose to be the red one?!" james said as he knew bomb gets deactivated by the red wire.

"Kat won't do it that way, he knows what we know."

"There's not much time left! What do you want me to do?!" net shouted, his breathing shaky and quick.
