"No! You broke my heart!" Joel shouted back.

"Darlin-"

"Do NOT call me darling! We are OVER!"

"Wait-"

(End of flashback:)

Another season.

I glance at Joel, who was avoiding my gaze.

I sigh. I still love him, but he doesn't believe me.

Ever since Bdubs told Joel that I kissed him in Double Life, he hasn't spoken to me.

I'm still obsessed, I'm still in love, he just doesn't trust it.

I look at Bdubs who is staring at Grian. I didn't even realize he was explaining the rules.

(Timeskip)

As we split up our different ways, I follow Joel and Jimmy.

"Joel, wait up!" I call.

He stops and turns, scowl on his face.

"What Etho?"

"Joel-" I pant. "I'm sorry for the lie Bdubs told, I love you so dearly-"

"No you don't." He snaps.

"Yes I do- I'll even admit I'm obsessed with you, I still love you." I grab his hand and kiss the back of it. "Please love, forgive me."

He pulls his hand away. "Leave me alone Etho! I told you we're over and don't call me pet names."

"Joel, please-"

"He said leave him alone." Jimmy said firmly. I stop.

They both walk away.

"I still love you." I say softly to him as he stalks off, laughing and chatting with Jimmy.
