Renjun was sipping his jasmine tea by the dining table and enjoying the quiet morning while both Eunbi and Donghyuck were asleep.

He turned his head when he heard some shuffling and saw his disheveled and visibly sleep deprived boyfriend emerge from their room.

"Good morning!" He smiled at the man wearing only a pair of loose sweat pants hanging low on his hips and his glasses, hair looking like a bird's nest and chest decorated with purple bruises.

"Why are you already awake and so full of energy?" Donghyuck asked as he walked over, hissing when he sat down beside the shorter and earning a smug smile.

"What do you mean early? It's almost eleven in the morning."

"That's early considering how we were awake until the sun came up to make sure Bibi was fast asleep in case we made too much noise."

"Oh, and I thought it was because you couldn't stop playing your game until 2am." Renjun retorted as his hand reached over to massage his boyfriend's lower back, knowing exactly how he felt after their night.

"Why don't you take a warm bath to help you relax?" He kissed the younger before standing up to put away his empty mug, debating whether to go wake their daughter or let her be lazy for once.

"Nah, it's actually not as bad as I expected after everything that went on, but I must say you really outdid yourself with these." He motioned at his chest and neck, knowing very well that it was a payback for what he had done to the shorter during their vacation a few months ago.

"At least it's autumn and you won't look weird wearing a turtleneck to work for a few days." Renjun shrugged as he walked to the other side of the living area and entered the dark room.

Donghyuck smiled fondly before pulling on the t-shirt that was hanging on the back of the chair, laughing when he saw how tight it was on him but still keeping it on as he heard a sleepy voice greet him.

"Good morning princess~" He picked her up with ease and kissed her chubby cheek, her curly locks resembling his own as they covered her face.

"Did you sleep well?"

"Mhmm..." She said while wrapping her arms around his neck and almost fell back asleep to her father's amusement.

Renjun only eyed the two with a shake of his head, stifling a giggle at the sight of his boyfriend in his white workout shirt looking twice bigger than he actually was.

"Don't fall asleep on me, both of you! Eat your breakfast first and then you two can do whatever you want, including taking a nap on the couch."

Donghyuck smiled as he brushed the tangled strands away from Eunbi's face and accepted the plate of food for her, nudging the toddler to open her eyes.

The girl refused to leave her father's lap so she simply leaned over the table and ate like that, chatting with Donghyuck about what they'd do after finishing their food.

"Papa, when are grandma and grandpa coming?" Her focus turned to her other father when she remembered how they would be having guests over later.

"Grandma told me they'd arrive in the afternoon and they're bringing your cousin over too."

"Hao is coming?!" Her face immediately lit up at the mention of her two years old cousin who had been more or less dumped on his grandparents while Renjun's eldest sister was enjoying her long vacation with her husband.

The male wondered why his sister had suddenly felt like becoming a mother if she wasn't ready to give up her previous lifestyle of following her husband around the world, refusing to take her child along during his first year.
