Flashback continues

Kaushal gulped his saliva and ordered his PA to go back to his work after clearing his throat. His PA left his cabin still in disbelief and shock.

Kaushal crouched down on his knees and picked up those photos from ground and looked at them with fear in his eyes. His eyes teared up when he saw her smiling with Tanishq, he saw her hugging him, he saw her playing with him, he saw her going to school with him, he saw her meeting him in college. He saw his Poonam in the arms of that guy, Tanishq and the worst thing is that she was wearing her nuptial chain in her neck, indicating that she's still in contact with him even after her marriage. Kaushal felt so many emotions inside him but the emotion of fear, of again losing something precious of his.

Kaushal didn't know what to do, how to react. He just let his tears fall on his cheeks, their memories started flashing in his mind. He remember that how she told him that she loves him, was that a lie? He remembers that how she cried and starved herself because he was in hospital, was that also one of her lies? He remembers that how they were planing their future together with lots of kids, that was just a lie? He felt that he would die there with those thoughts, so he hurriedly stood up from ground and threw that photos in his drawer and left his office.

He return to his house next day in evening. Last night He slept hugging a headstone in graveyard, someone special to him was buried there. Someone so close to him was there, a part of his heart was laying there. He wakes up when sunrays fell on his face and he directly went to his office after saying bye to the headstone and kissing it.

Whole day, he was only thinking about yesterday's incident but he decided to not trust the guy fully. He said his PA to send his details about that guy, Tanishq and if he knows his wife. Hi PA silently left his cabin after telling him that he'll give him update soon.

It had been 4 days of that incident and he had been ignoring going home from that day. He didn't want to believe on anything until he gets solid proofs and today his PA informed him that he has got information about that guy, Tanishq.

His PA gave him file as soon he entered inside the cabin and Kaushal told him start speaking after he settled himself on his chair. his PA nodded his head and started telling him the information he had gathered about that guy Tanishq and his relation with his Mam, "Tanishq Jha, he's from the same village where Mam's parents live and mam lived her 18 years of life. He used to be mam's best friend in school and student of their school told us that they used to be so close with each other. and one day the Tanishq proposed mam but Mam didn't replied anything to him. But still next day they both behaved like they usually used to do and students thinks that mam had accepted his proposal, and yeah some of them told us that mam doesn't like you before her marriage because of your anger issues and dominating nature. She used to be scared of you. And..and Last we..ek Tanishq met Mam again in her college."

Kaushal listened to the every word carefully, hoping that the things Tanishq told him turned out to be false but it doesn't happened the way he wanted it to be. He felt hard to breath, he felt betrayed. Until yesterday, he didn't belive on the bullsh!t that guy had uttered but now he can't deny it even if he want to. He felt broken, betrayed, used and what not. He told his PA to leave him alone and not let this matter go out. He also left his office because the four walls of his cabin started mocking him about his unlucky self.

He drove car recklessly on road, the words of Tanishq and his PA were ringing in his head making him feel immense pain in his heart, those pictures flashed in front his eyes making him push the escalator and speed of his car increased and trees around him turned blurry from his windows. Those frustrated and angry tears blurred the road ahead of him. he just wanted a escape from this reality, this cruel reality. He just wanted a person of his own, a person who can belong to him, only him. A person who can make him belive that he also have someone for him. someone to offer him shoulder to cry, someone to wipe his tears just like his Maa used to do.

He stopped his car in front of a small house, the house looked old from outside and seemed like no one lived there. He opened the main door with key and entered inside the old house but it wasn't dirty at all, looked like someone was taking care of it. Kaushal dropped his stumbling self on the sofa placed in living room and closed his eyes, tears started sliding down through the corner of his eyes. He whispered slowly, "Maa don't I deserve love?"
