"What did you and Grandma talk about, Hyun?" he asked the younger. Their hands were clasped together as they walked along the beach.

After breakfast and helping with the household chores at his grandmother's place, Jung-hee had a private conversation with Taehyun. He didn't know what they discussed because he was busy rinsing the soapy clothes.

"It's a secret between me and your grandmother, butterfly." Taehyun replied.

Beomgyu pouted. "Hmph, that's unfair~"

Taehyun chuckled and gave him a quick peck on the lips.

"Beomie?!"

They both turned to the direction of the voice calling his name. Beomgyu smiled when he saw his friends Eunseok and Ryujin approaching.

"Ryu! Eunie!" his friends came closer, and the girl hugged him, jumping seeing him.

"Wow!!! I didn't know you were visiting. You didn't even tell us you were coming, you red bean!" Ryujin exclaimed in disbelief, glancing at Taehyun who was standing beside him.

Eunseok did the same. They both wore a puzzle and complicated reaction seeing the other striking visual male before them.

"It was a sudden trip because it's a long weekend in Gangnam. By the way, this is Taehyun—"

"I'm his boyfriend." Taehyun interrupted before he could finish. He extended his hand to Beomgyu's friends.

Ryujin gave the red hair male a teasing look. Both of his friends shook Taehyun's hand and introduced themselves to him.

"We don't have classes at the university in town either, so how about we have a picnic by the stream later?! It would be a great chance to bond!!! Come on, Beom!!!" Ryujin eagerly suggested, clapping her hands out in excitement.

"Is that okay?" he asked the younger.

Taehyun gently smiled at him. "No problem." he agreed, and Beomgyu felt relieved by his response.

Beomgyu turned back to his friends. "Let's meet at the stream around three in the afternoon! I'll show Taehyunah around the island first, and we'll bring some food later." he showed his bright smile, giggling fondly.

After his friends left, Taegyu continued their walk until they reached the Kang mansion on the island. The place was empty except for the caretaker, who was keeping an eye on the house. The caretaker left them alone as they entered the mansion.

"Where is Changbin-hyung?" Beomgyu asked, he thought that after dropping them off on the island, the older man was supposed to stay temporarily.

"He went back to Gangnam. He'll pick us up when it's time to go back, don't worry." Taehyun said, pulling him up to the second floor of the house.

Beomgyu was in awe as he looked around, his mouth gape in bewilderment.

The place looked completely different from when he first came here at Dongmin's request. It was obvious that the entire place had been renovated. The walls were freshly painted, and there were new furniture and paintings decorating the space.

"Wow~" Beomgyu marveled when he saw a pool in the middle of the second floor of the mansion. The walls were made of glass, offering a clear view of the outside scenery.

"Like it?" Taehyun whispered in his ear as he hugged the older from behind.

"I-It's so beautiful here..." Beomgyu replied, still amazed.

"Yeah, I asked Eunwoo-hyung to renovate the entire mansion. I know how much you cherish this island, so when we get married, even if we don't live here, we’ll have a place to stay when we visit for vacations."
