"Hmm... How about this one?" Beomgyu asked, graciously smiling as he held up a pink-yellow knitted sweater in front of him. He looked into his doe chocolate brown eyes that were also gazing back at him, sparkling.

He giggled and reached out with both hands.
"Eopwa... shoo pwetty~"

Beomgyu giggled, momentarily putting down the clothed on the bed, and couldn’t help but to approach him. He showered him with playful kisses on his small chubby face.

"How cute is my baby Jeongseongie~?" Beomgyu squealed, with the child laughing along.

"Berry wot!"

Just then, one of the important men in his life and another child walked into the room.

"Are you not done yet? Jungwonie and I are hungry." The tall man stated with a glasses on. He frown upon seeing Beomgyu hadn’t finished dressing.

Beomgyu chuckled. "Yes, I’m almost ready. You’re always so impatient, Soobin-hyung."

Indeed, his former professor, Choi Soobin, turned out to be his long-lost half-brother. They were siblings from their father’s side. So much had happened in his life over the past two years, and many changes had come about.

When he left South Korea from Taehyun's mansion, he retrieved the brown envelope containing his passport and application for a university abroad from the trash.

He was lost, drained, and spacing out at that time, all he could think about was leaving and getting away. He didn't immediately consider the consequences of his hasty decision.

But Beomgyu regretted it and was shocked to find out that the plane he boarded had landed in Hamburg, Germany, not in Netherlands, which was the destination on his university application.

He didn't know how that happened. Was he emotionally drained or just overly naive because it was his first time traveling to another country? Beomgyu knew he was foolish for not checking his passport and ticket.

Upon arriving in Germany, he felt like a beggar in an unfamiliar place. He tried to buy a ticket home, but he didn't have enough money.

But to his misfortune, when he exited the airport, his belongings, including his phone, were stolen. All he had left was his wallet. He wanted to call Taehyun, but how could he? He didn't even know the younger's phone number.

For several days, he wandered around Germany until his money for daily food ran out. He met other Koreans working abroad an undocumented immigrants, who were in the same predicament. He tried to join them in finding work, but it was extremely difficult as they had to be careful not to get caught.

After a month, Beomgyu found out he was pregnant. He had to stop working because his pregnancy was quite delicate, especially since he was carrying twins.

Beomgyu was fortunate that the undocumented Koreans he met helped him until he gave birth. He had twin boys, both identical to Taehyun's handsomeness and cuteness, the only difference are being their hair color. Jeongseong inherited Taehyun's black hair, while Jungwon got his red hair.

When Beomgyu finally met Soobin again, he discovered the older man was actually his brother. Soobin told him and admitted that he had investigated Beomgyu from their first meeting at the Kang University and had even secretly done a DNA test to confirm they were siblings.

Apparently, their mothers knew each other. Their father was known to be a womanizer, spreading his lineage among various women. When he asked Soobin about their father, he only provided their father’s name but didn't insist on discussing him further.

Beomgyu understood, as it seemed the older male harbored a lot of resentment towards their father. However, he was happy to see him again. It made sense why he felt a strong connection with him back at the University—
